Your video was very helpful. But when I click on it in my Bluetooth section it says I need a app. I'm using it with my My10klife app. Its counting my steps but not my heart rate or sleep. Any tips how to make it connect to Bluetooth? Its showing its there but not connected.

Great video. I cannot get Fitbit design to move to try and link it with iPhone. I have downloaded I thought. Everything looks good on iPhone but Fitbit device keeps showing that Fitbit sin with a messages about downloading. I have tried everything. I am so sorryI bought this. I had one before and it was ok. I at one time had my inspire connected to my phone but it somehow became unlinked. And I went through the whole resetting up thing again and it didn't connect should I uninstall fit and then reinstall it and go through all the steps again?

Clean ur contacts under watch also make sure of tightness and leave band about 2 inches above ur wrist. U may have to play with the watch to find it’s sweet spot.
I've been trying for 2 days to get it set up. I have everything, but the one problem I'm having is that the app isn't showing up in the app store. What do I do?
my inspire 2 keeps going into dark mode. I need it to show me the time and my heart rate and how long I've been biking or running? Can it do all three at once like the old heart rate monitors that you used to have wear on a strap?
I bike and run also... I also use my inspire 2... you should download Strava app and. Sync to ur inspire. After every run or bike u see all the stats... distance, avg speed, max speed, time elapsed, a he heart rate, Max heart rate, etc.
I set my fit bit to factory settings to fix an issue or so I thought how do I fix it where it will work

They really should inform that you need a newer smartphone to match the app. Luckily, I was able to download an older version of the app and it works.

Couldn't chang wristband to color I like because one side doesn't stay clipped in anymore after removing other wrist band. So fitbit is terrible.

You have a inspire 2... Why did you click on inspire and not on inspire 2...
Ah well, that explains why my FitBit Inspire 3 isn't working.
Just received it "new" today and watching this video, turns out it's a FitBit 2, not 3...probably someone who bought it and returned it with the not working FitBit 2 inside the inspire 3's box and I'm the lucky one who got it now.

I am unable to get the heart rate to show up. Is there a way to turn it on?
through settings. go to ur settings on ur phone. go to apps. and select fitbit app and permissions. then you can add permissions. you can also go through the fitbit app and click on the name of your fitbit it should be on there.
