Why is it that no products have a booklet for instructions ? It's only online, so this was very helpful .
The booklet for this hides in the small compartment where the charger and extra band is located.
@@nemayhem That booklet gives you absolutely no instructions/tips for actually using the Fitbit.

The video was a helpful start to setting up my Inspire HR. Thank you. I have a problem with the time displayed. I have it set to 24-hour clock but the time is 12 hrs off. It is 20:15 (8:15 pm) on my phone but 08:15 on my Fitbit. How can I set the time correctly?

I tried all the possible acts to make the screen turn on but it wasn't until I watched your video for beginners that I found the secret to waking up the screen. Thank you!!

I learned things from watching this video. Thanks. I touched the screen and touched run . Since then I can not get rid of "run" trying to get data. My screen will not scan up or down. My screen also never comes on with wrist movement.

I don’t get it, I have the app open and follow you step by step switching back & forth as you go; I enabled calls and texts BUT I don’t have anywhere to choose which text I use ALSO I don’t have email notifications to choose that either. Are the options you list only available thru the PREMIUM inspire hr app?I don’t see some of these options in the free version. Thank you

How do you change out the band?
Last night I accepted updates to my Motorola g6, left it updating over night and find this morning that the fitbit inspire hr isn't notifying me of texts or e mails, doesn't show anything or vibrate, but notifies me to do more steps and vibrates. I've spent all day scrolling through fitbit stuff - any help please.
Fitbit Inspire 9 is new for me (older one is Fitbit Charge 3), and I cant get 2 things: (1)my one is red and not much of it so I need the other one will be really good, and (2) I have no way to getting it at on my Samsung still with the Fitbit Charge 3, and I want the new one to should be of course. Can you help me?
