The video was a helpful start to setting up my Inspire HR. Thank you. I have a problem with the time displayed. I have it set to 24-hour clock but the time is 12 hrs off. It is 20:15 (8:15 pm) on my phone but 08:15 on my Fitbit. How can I set the time correctly?
Very helpful video. Learned some new things and realized I had my Fitbit on Sleep mode. :) One thing I have not found an answer to is, why my Fitbit does not register my activity for my 50 min kettlebell class. Thanks!
This video was VERY helpful. I needed to sync my fitbit; when I did the screen went off and didn't turn back on in the morning or all day. I tried all the possible acts to make the screen turn on but it wasn't until I watched your video for beginners that I found the secret to waking up the screen. Thank you!!
Enjoyed the video. Had this fit but for a year and just now learning how to use it fully. Is there any way to track calories burned for a specific exercise you are doing? Can the number be reset to 0 at anytime other than midnight?
I learned things from watching this video. Thanks. I touched the screen and touched run . Since then I can not get rid of "run" trying to get data. My screen will not scan up or down. My screen also never comes on with wrist movement.
Great video, thanks for the setup info. Do you have instruction for manually logging in exercise info that you may have frogtten? Also how do I add an exercise that's not in the default?
I don’t get it, I have the app open and follow you step by step switching back & forth as you go; I enabled calls and texts BUT I don’t have anywhere to choose which text I use ALSO I don’t have email notifications to choose that either. Are the options you list only available thru the PREMIUM inspire hr app?I don’t see some of these options in the free version. Thank you

Really struggling with my HR would appreciate if you could help!, so I just set it up today and it already says I have burnt 1300 calories even tho I have been sat. Also says I have done 500 steps after doing a quick jump rope workout to test it out. Does the workout add to the steps?. Also I find the exercise is limited and I do jump rope and not running and there is no setting to detect this workout. Please help!
I believe the fit-bit counts any movement of the arms as steps, because people tend to swing their arms when they walk. I don't know anything about the calories randomly going up.
Mine did same. I just set it up for first time am still sitting and setting it up and I've burned over 1000 calories just from connecting the bluetooth and it's Saturday but I have 5 days of exercise left this week!

Why is it that no products have a booklet for instructions ? It's only online, so this was very helpful .
The booklet for this hides in the small compartment where the charger and extra band is located.
@@nemayhem That booklet gives you absolutely no instructions/tips for actually using the Fitbit.

Heart rate is only on the Fitbit Inspire HR not Fitbit Inspire. Hope this helps!
