My current issue, I can't seem to get back to my clock face. I tried reconnecting to charger, that worked. But, l shouldn't need to do that each time.

I have watched your How to use Settings App and your How to use Quick Settings videos. Both are very clear, thorough and easy to follow.The videos helped me correct a number of settings on my Inspire 2. You appear to be very knowledgeable about the Inspire 2. I have one issue I am hoping you may be able to help with. All of a sudden my Inspire 2 stopped showing my Sleep Stages and my Sleep Score. It still shows my Sleep pattern but not my Sleep Stages or Sleep Score. Any tips?

I have had a Fitbit Inspire 2 for several weeks and was going to return it because the heart rate display is too small to see and I thought too cumbersome to access while exercising. For health reasons I need to start exercising a few tomes a week within a certain heart rate range. Why the Fitbit company would make the heart rate display so small on a fitness device is beyond me! After watching your video I realized how I can more easily access the heart rate display and found out that the device vibrates to indicate heart rate zones possibly making it unnecessary to need to see the heart rate display. If you have any suggestions on how to see or know your heart rate or the zone while exercising with Inspire 2 it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again!!!
You can also see it in the app. I can see mine
You go to where you see the heart on the fit bit 2 and it will show your pulse. I have a heart condition so it’s important to me too

I have a question, in this video you’re changing all the settings on the actual inspire to scream. I am blind, and I use voiceover on my iPhone, can I change any of the settings on the actual app? Or does it all have to be done on the watch itself?

Unfortunately, I think most if not all of these settings can only be changed on the watch itself.
Apple Watches are very good with being able to change settings on the phone in addition to the watch, but I know it has other limitations like battery life and is bigger and costs more.
Is there a way to set up alarm.or reminders every 30mins to drink water?

One thing…mine has a ‘bottom lock’ option between the ‘double tap’ & ‘clear user data’ options. Can you please explain what this entails??
Is it “button lock”? If so, it’s mainly useful if you go swimming and don’t want the water to cause a “button press” and change the screen. It makes the buttons untappable and you have to firmly double tap the screen to enable the side buttons again.
Great video. Just got my new Inspire 2 and things are a little different for me in Settings. After Double Tap I have Button Lock.

I don’t have a settings app..only see water lock, dnd, sleep, screen wake, on wrist..do you know how to get that added?
HELP!! No matter what I do I cannot bring up the exercise screen. I get the clock face and am using the ON WRIST but the quick settings menu is all I can use; How do I get it to open the exercise settings for BIKE< SWIM
Thanks- that's too bad. That tiny display times out almost immediately. In the sun, I could really use an extra 5 seconds to see it.
If I have downloaded additional clock faces, is there a way to cycle these on the phone? Or additional faces. I want to see steps and heart rate info. Nothing else.

It has a “reminder to move”, but it doesn’t have music control.

I have reset my fitbit inspire to factory settings, what is the next step
can anyone tell me about the other functions thats not in the settings app. i can't seem to be able to find info on them anywhere. like the screen that has DND and in the shaded area behind it has a line threw the image but if you click it it just put a - threw a circle image. im just not clear what that's doing or which way it's turning it on or off. and the exact same for the Sleep button under it? it's just confusing where to me it looks like its almost just copying whats in the settings part

I just got one of these for Christmas but I do not find the settings part on the fit bit itself, I have android & on the app itself out shows notifications are ON but yet none are coming thru the fit bit
I’m having that issue too but ok my iPhone! I’ve been trying to disconnect and restart my Fitbit multiple times but I’m still not getting notifications through my Fitbit!

It's my 1st time wanting to buy fitness tracker. Question. Do i have to let both the watch & phone Bluetooth ON all the time? Or if they disconnect, can the data from the watch while they disconnect got sync to fitbit app or it will only update when they connected?
You don’t have to have Bluetooth on all the time to save your data (you do have to to get notifications from your phone on your watch). Sync every few days or so to be sure you don’t lose data.

I hate having to scroll through steps, active minutes, heart rate, and resting heart rate just to see my calories burned.
Unfortunately, no. I agree it would be nice to be able to customize what stats you see and it what order.
I just got my first fitbit yesterday. I'm not sure if it is working. When I pinch the sides to turn it on, it doesn't go on. How do I now it is working or the battery is low? I also would like my clock to be showing all the time. Can you please help me or anyone else?
Can you attach the charging cable and see if the display turns on? Also, Inspire 2 doesn’t have an always-on display, so you unfortunately cannot have the clock showing all the time.

Regarding Do Not Disturb: You said "if you have DND turned OFF, you won't receive vibration notifications and if you have DND turned ON, you will receive vibration notifications." Isn't the exactly the opposite?

You may have sleep mode enabled?

There might be a sleep mode schedule that is on, which would mean sleep mode would re-enable itself at a set time each evening and disable itself at a set time each morning. You’d have to go into the settings to disable the sleep mode schedule if that is the case.

No, DND has to be OFF to get notifications.

I get zone minutes all the time
Your heart rate has to go up to at least 113 to earn zone minutes
Walking 29 minutes burns 212 calories or it does for me.
When I was doing ring fit it got up to 160 and it didn’t beep to let me know it was too high with a heart condition that could of been dangerous and it was because I had the heart rate set it said it won’t send wrist notifications so I turned it off where it would notify me. It needs to beep when it gets too high could I have a heart attack I’m not even fully sure what’s wrong with me it all I know is I have an enlarged left atrium I see a cardiologist on july 23rd. People are worried about me I can tell

Mostly only if you’re going to swim with your Fitbit. It will prevent any touching or swiping to change anything. You have to double tap to unlock.
