Beautiful Country. I spent 18 or so years on the West slope of CO in the Delta county/Mesa County area. I miss the high country. I spent some time living on the side of a mtn working fence line and playing radio at the end of the day, while listening to Elk and coyotes at night and being visited by a flock of Turkey in the morning, and a big ole porcupine under my camp trailer stratching his back on the undercarrige of my camp trailer.
