That unity to alley-oop TP at 4:07 was a thing of beauty. Nice job being intentional about what you want to accomplish -- I need to do that more often.
Mans puttin in the work. Good stuff. The struggle to get a trick is what makes it so satisfying, in my opinion. Pushing yourself to do something you didn't think you could do is exhilarating!
Back to blading syndrome, yes I have this disease! I don't get near enough time to skate, and it's frustrating I can't do what I want to do, so I end up playing with my setups, buying new wheels and frames, eyeing off new skates. I think because I can't get out to skate, playing with my setup feels adjacent to skating and scratches the itch a little. But also trying to find that goldilocks setup!
Always love your vids, dude. Great style and they always make me want to go skate. We know you’ve got a family and adult responsibilities so we appreciate when you drop these vids every now and then. 🤙🏻
Factions have been an amazing overall skate and have allowed me to get close to where I was when I was blading. With a 10-year break and getting back into it, these skates have given me confidence in my tricks again!
@@coreyenglish8706 not sure where you are located but if you are ever around MD just drop in at the compound and I am sure Clark or someone has a pair you can try. I was skeptical at first but these things really are great.
How dare you imply that skating well requires practise! It's new boot time forever and that's the end of it... Jokes aside, had a real nice flow to this edit. Great work!!
Miss those days where all you had to do was balance skating and school lol. Now its more like juggling between work, responsibilities, and if all goes well... enough time to ice the kneeds after 🤣
its really cool to see people getting back into skating (boards and blades) way later in life. i messed around a little bit with skating as a kid and had a really good time and felt like i was getting pretty good but my mom wouldn't get me a pair of my own so i eventually quit because my buddy got annoyed i was always asking to borrow his skates haha... i feel the same about skateboarding too, in my head i can still 360 flip but in reality i'm nowhere close to landing one haha
It’s a real struggle even after only few weeks off. The confidence lvl drop but your brain sees you doing it. I away struggle to find that back torque balance but when I do it opens up a lot more tricks.
I'm a little late to this video, but seeing your falls and your perseverance is inspiring. I've always avoided rails, but this is making me want to get out there and shred some.
I just google mapped this park. wow your almost in canada. stark contrast to places ive seen you at in north carolina im sure. Ive only been blading 7 months at 42yrs old and Im loving every minute i get. this channel is great and relatable.
You know Cory I can relate a lil yet have to say filming is addictive and i my self lots of times get my self into to much for my level, the important thing is that you want it and with time with if you don’t step down you will get every trick on the list … good luck guy ❤
Whilst you did most of the tricks and did them well, they looked like a struggle and dare I say it I think it was the equipment! They look super stiff which I know can be good but almost too stiff? You looked much more at home on 909’s or Cults and you have them sitting right there, maybe try them for one session with a similar list of tricks and see how you get on?
I do a plastic soccer shin guard and currently a mountain biking knee pad. It’s a bit bulky though so I’m looking for something else. G-forms just wore out too quickly for me.
Want you to know that Leon told me once (the owner of wizard frames) fear makes you respect the obstacle and concentrate (wish for you to skate more ❤❤❤) I think it’s not the skates it’s like you said lack of practice… I can see the potential you are 🥷🙏
Dude this episode hits home. So little time to skate and I always feel like its back to step one each time I go out!
The struggle is so real.
I hear ya
Makes or misses.. minutes or hours.. just happy to see the content..!

I see Corey English I immediately like the video before watching it. Nice stuff man.
Out of all the rollerblading youtubers I definitely like your stuff the most 👌

Thanks dude.
One of the most relatable videos I’ve seen in a bit haha. Kudos on landing those tricks and skating when you can!

Some awesome tricks
Mad respect for trying something scary while skating solo

Your rusty skating is better than my good skating lol Super glad to have you back man. Videos are lookin and sounding great!

I would definitely love an opportunity to try some factions

inspiring
I jumped back in after 22 years, got a solid few sessions in now it's been a month and I'm sure the return is gonna be rough.

I felt this energy of this video my dude.

Thank you! We still need more content 😅 💪🏼
Killin it, per usual ❤
Taking a break is horrible for me, especially since I am getting older. I literally have to start with solid soulgrinds. It's frustrating.
Go to see you posting videos again!
I also think I was the fluid 5s 😂
I feel this battle 😑
Amazing vid! Would love to see a review of your FRs
I think you'd skate really well in some Mesmers if they fit your feet. You look good in the 909s too.
Those new white ones though 👀
The Struggle is real... **cough** Factions **cough**
Agreed. *cough* *cough*🤣
If I ever have some to try, I won’t hesitate to put them on
😮💨also coughing 😆
Grab some FACTIONS…..
Because I can’t : (
I would love an opportunity to try a pair.
Stabdard skates!
I hope to try them for sure!
As you have quite some experience skating flat, I’d love to hear your opinions on the Oysi medium chassis (maybe you have and I missed the video😉)
I don’t have a set and have never tried any of the oysi frames.
Blaming my current gear and buying new gear is the ultimate copium for me as a 40 year old aggressive skater! Awesome skating btw
Unity to aotp was a great idea
Thanks dude. Been on my mind for a while now. Glad to see it works.

@@coreyenglish8706 haha! Only cause I always have all the same thoughts myself!
razor sl's!!!!
nice
Curious your go to for under the pants knee protection? I’m having a bit of an equipment crisis there currently with a string of related injuries

@@coreyenglish8706 thanks man. Yeah I've been in same boat, need something less bulky and restrictive. the search continues
nice one = 0
after 20 ýears... i would love to stand a shiftý 😄🤭
I don’t remember giving you permision to make a video about me.
Ever thought about trying out the Rollerblade Blanks?
Videos need SEO tags not ranking I can help
