I go product free often, in part because I don't really enjoy styling my hair with products. I always root clip though and that makes a big difference! Curls are a mess on day two but even with products I rarely make it to 3 days before the frizz explodes! Yours looks great!
Migraines are the pits. Im so glad youre feeling better. I agree on the product free days and discovering how your hair is behaving. I do this on hair treatment days, so once a fortnight

Wow there's really not much of a difference than with products or a diffuser! 💖 I wish! When I air dry it seems like I don't get as much frizz (although I haven't done air dry or product free in a while) but it seems frizz is always there no matter what, and when I air dry my curls really elongate and it looks more beach-wavy rather than curly. This weekend is my dad's wedding and I'm very much trying to choose my products wisely to avoid frizz and maintain hold, it's my first big event since wearing my hair curly! Also have been considering wash now style later method? But a lot of the time day 2-3 hair is better than one, so any advice would be helpful from other wavy curlies out there 🌟🎀
I absolutely love wash now style later! I think it’s a great option for styling for an event like a wedding. Although if day 2 hair is better for you than washday then maybe just wash later in the day on the day before the wedding?
Last night I was tired, so I went semi product free. I used a curl cream and air dried. No gel or heat protection. Mine came out with less frizz than when I difuse. I have a lot of white baby hairs that get wild when I difuse. I might do it more now that it's warmer and it will air dry faster.
Haha I nearly wet myself when you mentioned people’s comments about you don’t have curly hair because you need all those products 😂 I’d love to see someone with straight hair use products to get ringlets 😂😂😂😂😂😂
