These days I excercise at home and I'm fully satisfied. I made a horizontal bar from a telescopical broom handle. I put it between two chairs. I do different variations of push-up, squats, kegel excercises, planks. Then I do the side excercises with an expander. I connect the excercising with meditation and I don't need to be among people in the gym. I need fresh air and a comfy calm place with no distractions. I use 7kg vest with some stuff in there.
It depends on your preferences. For example, for the first six months of my training, I trained only at home, but later I realized that I wanted to add some additional weight that I didn’t have at home. But if you are a beginner, home training is just for you!
Not everyone has the opportunity or desire to go to the gym, so I show alternatives to exercises at home, they will be great for beginners, but of course the result will be better in the gym
yes ladies you don't need a gym membership and work out at home. it's much better if you have someone to work out with just some fun couples coming exercises what God bless 🙏🙂
