Who ever loses the judgement is responsible to pay the person who won. The courts only pay initially to ensure that the party gets their money, that way they can make sure the person who lost... PAYS. Idk how you figure that they are not held responsible 🤦🏾♀️🙄 so u really thought the courts just pay and the person who lost is Scot free?? Smh
