Seen this gentlemans work first hand at the local Games Workshop/Warhammer a few years back. Yeah. Believe the hype.
Its just amazing to see how easy he makes it look! Very inspirational!
I find the freedom and painterliness of your paint job to be really inspiring.
Thanks :D
Welcome back!
This is a great video. Lots of useful insights about finding ways to add visual interest to what might otherwise be swallowed up by its own grimdark. I've enjoyed your other content too (especially the resin potato, that was amazing) but I am also glad to see more Dark Mechanicum content!
Glad you enjoy the videos!
I had a lot of fun with the potato, so I am thinking about doing a larger Dark Mechanicus/Nurgle episode with some root vegetables at the centre. Maybe a Great Unclean One or Plague Tower would be fitting.
Nice work!!!
they are pretty cool, would love to some stories involving your minis
I'm glad you like them :)
These are great and were a big inspiration on my Dark Mechanicus Killteam!
I've always enjoyed that "sketch" type style of painting you do.
Good to hear!
So the thing you need to realize with chaos and purity seals is that the practice actually started with the Luna Wolves/Sons of Horus back before the heresy, the original form was called an Oath of moment, much like how all of the worship of the emperor started with the Imperial Heralds/Word bearers.
I've been enjoying a lot your dark mech videos lately. keep up your awesome work!
Always remember the impurity seals! Great video, I think Ill steal some of this for my genestealer cult
Cheers!
Yes, this paint scheme would work perfectly for the followers of the Four Armed Emperor!
Love the dark colors on these guys!
Great paintscheme. These painting videos are very entertaining.
Thank you very much!
love them!
Im glad I found your channel. How come you stopped posting on your blog?
Thanks!
I got so much spam comments and messages through Blogger, and the blog became less and less popular when I started posting on Instagram. I think this is the case with a lot of hobby blogs. The audience in general seem to prefer Instagram and Facebook to blogs and forums.
However, I have been working on a new website. The goal here is to collect all my work into galleries, to make it easier to find my older projects. Here is a link: www.wilhelminiatures.com/
