@@CrossplaneNation Aww man a ton of little stuff here n there turn signals brake lites n all that I'm from Philly so they brake balls around here! I got 2 ct200uexs black tac and the regular New predators for both in boxes just gotta get around to getting them in lol. I wanna get the red one and make it electric some how we will see my friend keep u posted
Damn man u got all kinds of stuff planned. Good thing u have an actual winter so u can actually do all of that. Please keep me posted, those builds sound amazing man.
@@CrossplaneNation I got it installed but even tightened why do I feel a lot of air being pushed from somewhere? I've gained a little jump in power so it doesn't feel laggy or anything...
Ummm can someone help me, my Coleman has an engine problem When I start the engine and it's not running, it starts by itself and if I start it, the engine shuts off (Sorry for my english) (hope you understand my novice english)
From what I understand, these motors have internal governors, so as far as speed gain, prob not. I think I said that in the vid, but could be wrong. Torque is what I gained and can pop wheelies like nobody's business now and accelerate quickly. You want top speed, swap the motor for a predator 212 or higher cc motor. #gsxr1000 swap
u would have to rejet the carburetor or get a bigger carb to run an aftermarket air filter bc if u add just the filter its gonna get to much air n bog out
Definitely, yes. Several people who do the air filter upgrade only have commented that their bike runs like crap afterwards and did not do the jet or carb upgrade.
So I looked up high heat silicone on Amazon but there's a few types there's high heat silicone adhesive and a couple of other high heat some things or another what exactly do I need as far as high heat is it an adhesive?
This is what I used in the video: Design Engineering 010301 High-Temperature Silicone Coating Spray - Black by Design Engineering amzn.to/2RWSGYr A list of all the other parts are also in the video description as well. Let me know if you need anything else my friend.
I would imagine any engine upgrades that make the bike perform higher over stock would require more fuel to balance the ratios out. You might be able to do just the exhaust upgrade but I can't guarantee that since I upgraded my jet.
Seen a few of these for sale at a store near me and next day I went to get one and they sold em all out now waiting to see when they get em back in stock
It is a good machine so far. All these lil power sports items have been selling fast since April of this yr due to covid. I ordered mine online black friday and had TSC hold it at the store.
1 year later. Any problems with it? Is there anything I should look out for? The chrome is coming off but I'm going to let it come off on it's own and not scrape it
Chrome will come off the exhaust asap. No issues other than you prob want to put some jb weld on the threads to prevent the exhaust from twisting off due to vibration. Other than that, no issues at all.
@@CrossplaneNation Thanks man. Also is the whole muffler chrome? Because it's not coming off the header pipe but it is coming off ONLY the end half of the muffler
Will def come off the muffler, not the midpipe. I let mine burn off then sprayed it with super high heat black paint. Wrapped the header pipe as well with black wrap.
I just watched this video a couple times, my neighbors get a you know stubborn when it comes to noises. Does the exhaust make the mini bike louder or softer in anyway?
I dont have any data on the speed increase but can tell you the torque is wicked. Had a 300+ lb guy ride it and he said it had so much power. I can pop wheelies easily on it as well now and the low end power is insane. Top end wise, I don't think you will gain much or anything really. Acceleration wise, the kit woke the mini bike up tremendously.
Where did you get the exhaust from ? And where did you get the high heat spray paint from ? And where did you get the stuff to wrap the pipe so it doesn’t burn your leg????
I have the same set up clean install bud
Thank you my friend. Have you done anything else?

Thanks for the video! I'm in the process of planning that exact same project, and it's given me an idea of what to look for
Welcome my friend. 🤘
How do you keep the heat protector tape stuff on that looks like mesh? Single mom with no mechanical experience. You need to dumb this down for me
The heat protector atuff is called header wrap. I bought header wrap zip ties, which are metal, which keeps the wrap in place on the ends.
Was it easy to unscrew? Can I unscrew with a socket wrench ?
????
Sorry, unscrew what?
There is a similar "superpipe" for the Trailmaster bike...wonder if it fits the Massimo 196cc MB too...
Measure the exhaust bolt width on your bike and compare it to the width of the flange holes on that exhaust, provided they have those measurements.
@@CrossplaneNation I got it installed but even tightened why do I feel a lot of air being pushed from somewhere? I've gained a little jump in power so it doesn't feel laggy or anything...
U think there might be a leak at the flange? Did it come with a gasket?

Starts by itself?
Why the muffler tho
The original muffler is shaped like a box and burned our legs when riding. This setup gives some space from that.
@@CrossplaneNation I ment why not straight pipe?
Not sure really.
Would I gain any power or speed if I just put a performance air filter on?
From what I understand, these motors have internal governors, so as far as speed gain, prob not. I think I said that in the vid, but could be wrong. Would this work for my Baja warrior mini bike it looks the exact same as the Coleman 200 and mine is a Baja warrior 196cc
Check the link I have in the vid description on Amazon and see if the Amazon description has ur bike.
What performance mods could I do without having to upgrade the carb jet?
I would imagine any engine upgrades that make the bike perform higher over stock would require more fuel to balance the ratios out. You might be able to do just the exhaust upgrade but I can't guarantee that since I upgraded my jet.
Can you just buy the exhaust or do you need to buy more parts for it to work correctly?
Not sure really. You can always buy the exhaust and see how it works. I bought the other parts bc I wanted the stage 1 upgrade.
@@CrossplaneNation any idea now? This was a month ago

Thanks for sharing your experience. I decide to put one on my bt200x.
Welcome. I would also consider doing the stage 1 kit with the direct air filter and a little bit larger fuel jet for the carb.
Upgrade to a E3 sparkplug. Or similar
Do I need to change out the jets on my carb when I update the muffler because the one I bought came with new jets.
I did, and I would if u are able to remove ur oem jet from the carb u currently have.

Is it louder than before, or what is the difference?
A little bit yes, but now I dont have to worry about burning my leg on the factory square muffler. Looks good, sounds better as well.
need to change out valve springs
It's brand new lol
I just watched this video a couple times, my neighbors get a you know stubborn when it comes to noises. Does the exhaust make the mini bike louder or softer in anyway?
Will definitely make it significantly louder over the stock exhaust, for sure.
@@CrossplaneNation thank you for the response
Very welcome, anytime!
I am a year late, but do any other exhausts work with this bike? If so, should I wrap it as well?
The wrap is so I wouldn't burn my leg on it. As far as any other exhausts that fit, I am unsure tbh.
Where did you get the header pipe that stays on the side? I have the under the seat. the side pipe looks a lot better. Thanks
Check the vid description.

What did u use to strap the header pipe tape with?
SunplusTrade 100pcs 11.8 Inches Stainless Steel Exhaust Wrap Multi-Purpose Locking Cable Metal Zip Ties
amzn.to/39Qy0wX
Did you notice any increase in power?
Seems like the initial get up hooks up nicely. Prob wont see any real top speed, but the torque is ridiculous. I am pleased with this mod.
Does it pop?
No, not really. More of just a louder sound, maybe a little more throaty. With the stage 1 kit the torque is ridiculous tho.

Yes of course.
