You could keep the old hardware and sell it in your store. A bin of hardware pieces wouldn't take up much room. You could get some extra cash and some flipper could get some inspiration.

I will be honest at first I was sad to see the original hardware go, but the outcome is absolutely beautiful. The hardware you use was perfect for it.
The green dress was breathtaking !!!

I’ve used the Dixie Bell stain in similar colors, but it doesn’t have enough green in it to get you that pottery barn stain color. I’m definitely going to try the Lily moon next time. ❤

I recently donated my early 90s bedroom furniture. A 9 drawer dresser, high boy dresser, and two night stands. They were yellow pine like the piece in this episode, had large cornice molding around the bottom and top of each piece, that same kind of hardware, and big bun feet. The furniture felt heavy and dated. As we were taking it off the truck at the donation place I saw the back of the pieces and realized I could have easily removed all that trim and made them sleeker. Change out the hardware and feet and it would have been much more modern. With this wash method it would have looked beautiful. I wish I had seen this video before getting rid of that furniture. Your videos have great step-by-step instruction. Looking forward to watching more episodes.

This turned out really well. Although the paint job helped that dresser not be so dated, the hardware really did it. It was an excellent choice.
I love that you give the financial figures but IMO you should include your labor cost when you give the figures for cost. This will bring down your actual profit number but who works for free?
Personally I would have liked that wavy trim at the bottom to be cut straight but it was a custom piece so I guess the buyers liked it.
    Once again, excellent job.

Pleasw walk me through why you chose to spray on the topcoat. Im a newbie in furniture transformation, so still have lots to learn. As a healthcare professional I try to avoid techniques that require PPE. I haven't found it that challenging to get a smooth finish with top coats or waxes with a sponge or appropriate brush. I watch/read lots of tutorials to both learn and get inspiration.
I find custom pieces to be the most challenging, as I'd often go in a different direction if left to my own ideas of how to bring the best out of an ugly ducklings. Since I love beautiful wooden pieces, I only work on things needing lots of love to flourish again. So of course, any transformation - my own or a custom request, is a major improvement!

Честно говоря, он как был старомодным, так и остался :( Надо было выбрать что-то одно - или сохранить винтажный вид или делать его более современным дальше. Сейчас он застрял на половине пути.
