Snell knot. Perfect for flipping and pitching with braid but I see nobody noticed he tied it backwards. The line end should go through the front of the eye so when you give it pressure the hook point pushes up and into the fish. Tied this way it actually pulls away from the fish.

Not to pick nits, but lots of knots get tighter the harder you pull. The reason the snell is superior is on account of the way the tensile force on the line is distributed evenly - so that the line does not cut into itself and cause a breakage.
Palomar knots guys. 3 minutes practice and you can tie them in complete darkness. Snells are cool though. My parents friend taught me snell when I young kid (my parents didn't and don't like fishing) he called it the noose. Later on learned Palomar and its all I use now, it's like a 2 second knot.

I'm an arborist. I buy "whipping twine" do this same thing, wrapping very tightly on the ends of my ropes, and use a pair of pliers to pull the loop all the way back up through the wrapping. It's a great way to wrap your rope ends so that they never unravel
This knot is plenty sufficient enough to hold. It's designed so that the harder you tug on it, the tighter it gets. I wouldn't use those spiderwires or threaded lines though, I use nylons for hooks.

This knot not only doesn’t change tensile strength of the fishing line, but this specific knot will come undone before a standard double or triple knot line where the line will break before it can come undone. If he wanted a better knot he should have wrapped around line itself.
The original version of this knot you’re supposed to pull that string ALL the way back through the wrappings! I’ve done this a lot and it works better doing that! I used to use it for winding in and securing my sight into my bow string. You have to pull it with some force but you pull that string ALL the way back through. We’d use a loop that was a it’s own detached piece and when you pull it all the way back through you discard of the loop.

Да, большинство крючков выпускается не с ушком а с лапкой, а здесь куча недоразвитых спорят с какой стороны шнур пропускать. Если им показать крючок с лапкой, тогда они в ступор войдут.

Tied it backwards, it's a snell knot, but you want to go the opposite way so that when you pull upwards to set the hook, it will cause the point of the hook to rotate upwards and into the fish's mouth. Great fishing knot. One of the few I use consistently alongside the palomar knot, improved clinch, uni and san diego jam knots. If i'm joining two lines together, it's an FG knot.
The knot is correct but the line should be inserted from the opposite side of the eye to prevent jerking the hook out of the fishes mouth. Look closely at the video again and you will see what I'm talking about. When threaded in the proper direction, the hook will push the point in the fishes mouth when you pull on it. Other than that, great video.
Probably doesn't matter as much in this example as it doesn't appear to be a circle hook but I think generally when tying snell knots you want to go through the front of the eye not the back to start with so the line ends up on the top side of the hook in the orientation you have then when it goes through the eye this pulls the hook into the fishes mouth better when setting the hook or in circle hooks when it is setting itself with tension. Again I think it is only specifically important with circle hooks but believe it is generally done that way with both please correct me if I'm wrong on non circle hooks.
My dad taught me this fishing knot when I was 7. I'm now 38 and taught the same knot to my 7yr old son.

Он правильно ввёл леску, но вот один момент узел слишком огромен, я всегда делаю 4 оборота, он же сделал 8

Что не понятно? Жало к верху, берëт за верхнюю губу, жало в низ, за нижнюю. Верхняя губа как известно крепкая.

Намного проще завязывается и без повторного пропускания лески в кольцо, и заводить леску нужно со стороны жала обязательно

Простой надёжный узел, давно пользуюсь.
В начале надо вставлять сверху, а не с низу крючка леску. Так правильно и сходов меньше будет.

Make sure you wet and tighten the knot before you cut the tag or the knot will unravel. This and the Palomar knot are my favorites.

The knot is correct but the line should be inserted from the opposite side of the eye to prevent jerking the hook out of the fishes mouth.
