- In this video I'm going to be ranking EVERY SINGLE SUIT in Gotham Knights.
This will cover all the suits for Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl, and Red Hood, as well as the suits from the Visionary Pack DLC (I didn't include Batman because he isn't a playable character, but it's a 7.5/10 tbh)

I will forever wonder why they didn’t bother adding reference suits for any of the characters. Not from the Arkham games, not from the animated series, not from the comics or movies. Why are they all original?
They literally have an Arkham Tribute recolour, and because they wanna be more comic orientated

It looks that the Knightwatch suits are the best and I think it's because of the slightly upgraded comic look.
Am I the only one who thinks Tim looks like Damien in this game?
You're not the only one, I thought Tim looked so young in his default suit that I thought he was Damien; Took me a couple seconds to realize it's not Damien and it's Tim Drake lol
Yeah, no you aren't the only one who thinks Damien whenever a medieval-ish, hooded, assassin outfit with the red and desaturated green color scheme appear.
Although Damien also comes to my mind from the red Nightwing outfits, mainly due to the first Injustice game.
@@OmegaSovereignK- honestly it’s less that, I just think the outfit is more reminiscent of Damien’s Robin outfits and not Tim’s. I don’t know why

All the suits are customizable to an extent in Gotham Knights. What you're grading off is the transmogs that can go over the suit gear but can't be customized. Knighthood, Knightwatch, Talon, and Raider are the transmog exclusive outfits.
I'll be doing a part 2 once I get the rest of the customizable suits. I'm surprised people didn't point that out earlier because I had no idea you could unlock and customize almost all of them, that is a pretty cool feature
The suit colors also add a lot!
@@SebCarrasco I figured that was part of the customization thing. Though some of the colorways rub me the wrong way, like when Red Hood has no red on his hood
@AntonioRedgrave okay yeah I was about to say, you're complaining about the colors but you can literally change the color of almost every fit in the game if you unlock them lol
I will never understand why you couldn’t customize transmogs
Put the Nightwing Demon hair on the Knightwatch suit it’d be 10/10
Batman's logo is based on the rebirth comics, they didn't just come up with it
So something with this the transmog options are set versions of the suits like new guard is just his default but with some of its customisation options changed like you can change the beyond suit
Once you unlock all the suits you can customise parts on them and change the colour schemes
(Also all the characters have colour options to give them the colours of the other characters)
The Batgirl Titan suit gave me Arkham Knight vibes
Batgirl Noir is probably my favourite. Especially with other colour schemes. Feels like a more mature look but keeps the comic-y feel for her.
Plus with all the detective work and sleuthing you can do in this game... It just works really well imo.
The black symbol with the yellow outline-idea is from the DC Rebirth Bat. I think it’s 🔥🔥🔥.

I feel like they done Batgirl right suit wise really well, the others were probably just made like the last second before the game was released 😂
I feel like you should unlock all suits when there customizable before you rank
Although I'm late to the punch, I can't help but respectfully point out that there are customization options for all suits except Talon, Knighthood, Knightwatch and Raider transmongs.
Similar to the Beyond Suit where you have to get the gear, which personally I wish it wasn't like that having played the game.
I personally like a lot of the character customization although again wish there was a transmong customizations option.
Hopefully you can do a Part 2 or something if you are playing through the game, don't want to assume. Really those customization features improve the designs, especially for Dick and Tim.
Every outfit is customizable when it’s not a transmog
So the knightwatch suits are the best suits for each character
Because those were Jim Lee's designs for them in the game.
For me the problem with Nightwings Knighthood suit was his massive package because it just sticks out stupidly far for no reason and non of the other suits do it. Also some of his suits have red instead of blue because the artists who designed them took inspiration from the new 52 stuff where he has red instead of blue.
Robins' suits to me are for the most part okay. Some of them are dumb but scream "robin". Like i could see him actually going bald.
I like all of Barbara's suits. My favourites are probably the default one, the shinobi one (rocked that one like 90% of the game) and the beyond suit but all of her suits absolutely slap. It feels like she had the most effort put in to her suits.
Red hoods skins look pretty good. I never played him but i should have done

To be fair it seems you didn’t go through all the possible customizations so if people don’t like a certain look or color it can be changed for the most part. Unfortunately not all the suits can be changed but it was still worth mentioned at least.

I agree with a lot of what was said, but quite a few of these suits are drastically improved if you actually get the gear and customize the pieces and colors.
Just the transmogs are like "default" versions of the styles, but changing masks and colors specially drastically improves the costumes.
I actually recorded a part 2 where i went through all the customizable outfits. That video should be up in the near future :)
Robin Eternal will always be my favorite

I’m a hard critic when it comes to outfits I couldn’t agree with u with many outfits on here but it was a great video and seeing different opinions on this is also very educational.

my fav suit is either the Knight watch Robin or Eternal customised Robin cause you can edit it to make it look cleaner and like a fantastic adaptation the red robin suit
It really bugs me that if you look at an actually robin bird, it’s black, orange, and white but the suits are typically red, yellow, and green
also the outlines are from the comics, there dope as hell
A lot of these suits would be way better if they were 5x simpler. The extreme amount of details holds em back.

@@AntonioRedgrave you have to buy all the Gotham nights comic books and put in all the codes to unlock new gear a batcycle and cowboy skins for each character. I have them and there pretty cool

Feels like Batgirl is the only character the developers cared about. Most of her looks are decent-to-great, while all the others have only a couple okay ones. Also, no surprise that the Jim Lee-designed Knightwatch ones were the standout for each character.

Wake up! He's level 2 instead of having 350+ hours in a game that really doesn't deserve that much time and love! (Self-reporting really. I kinda love this mid ass game.)

I disagree as someone who has put more than 350 hour in this game, I enjoyed every sec with my friend, ppl are just mad it wasn't an arkham game, you guys and your arkham boners man

Update, you need to find the Bluprints for the suit, then craft and then you can modify them(mask, arms, legs,logo,boots , pain in the butt I know, also you need to do a bunch of challenges to unlocks colors
Anyways you can make the titan suit blue.
So a fun fact about the Knight Watch skin is they were desighned by Tobb McFarlane so thats pretty cool, bud why the shoulder pads Todd whyyy.
I played it very breifly before doing the rankings and I am looking forward to playing more of it! I do think this is going to be one of those games I'll play leisurely with a friend at my own pace. And yes, now that I've been informed of the fact that you can customize each of the suits, I'll redo this once i get all of them.
I did see that the suits were designed by him! It's interesting that he made the decisions he did when it came to what I *didn't* like about those suits
every Robin suit in this game, and his model, look a lot like DC Universe Online characters, like a lot a lot, I'm not even trash talking it, the resemblance is just bizarre
Going over red hood without having them to customize is unfair
His default masks aren’t always that good but the alternates are good
The only way to make robin beyond suit good is make like a nightwing design out of it make it blue
Jason should have gotten the Arkham Knight suit, it’s criminal that he didn’t get it as a variant
There are ways to make him look similar to the Arkham Knight which is pretty neat, but I do with they had more official variants for the transmogs
The Nightwing symbol NEVER had "wings" in the comics. Never. That is a purely out of comics thing and I am very glad that they didn't force that down our throats because the real Nightwing symbol is much sleeker and prettier.

I think I realized why I hate Red Hoods default outfit, he has a cloth mask instead of a helmet like most rendition of him. Its literally just Deadpool, I dont see Red Hood, I see Deadpool cosplaying as Red Hood

The Talon suits for me all get 10/10 except for Robin's. Not a fan of the colour choices for that one so his gets an 8/10.

These to me are the best suits in Gotham Knights.
I want to Like ETERNAL, Metal and the BEYOND suits but there hit and is on Robin and Nightwing, Batgirl and Redhood's look far better. Robin has the worst suits and BATGIRL definitely has the BEST SUITS IN THE GAME but yh the lack of iconic suits was a big miss.
Let's be real. The Knightwatch suits should've been the default outfits. They're literally designed by a comic artist for God's sake!

I wish he ranked the actual unlocked suits rather than the transmog versions. The suits in the game aren't great, but the transmogs are the worst version of each suit most of the time. A lot of issues peesent could be changed if you unlock suit's variation pieces and colorways

I feel like this suit review was done WAY too soon in playtime, because all of the suits have customizable elements and I think they all can be upwards of 8 with the right color ways and custom pieces. Also your dislike of the Knighthood outlines on Nightwing is really irking me. Especially the comment about Batman's having the yellow outline and looking silly. If I remember right, New 52 Batman had a yellow outline on his logo the whole time and it looked good, and Batman in this looked GOOD. But your opinion is your own ofcourse, great video still

I think the night watch suits are the best for all of em, the blue on dick is too purple l, id prefer a cobalt or dark blue, hair sucks but eh, robins nightwatch suit is actually my favourite suit in the game weirdly enough, its just kinda perfect, i dont even remember what red hood nightwatch suit looks like, im not crazy abt jason anywho tho, batgirls nightwatch suit is definitely the second best suit in the game.

Yea, dude, Knightwatch Nightwing.... I think you pulling all the attention up to his hair is a good way to divert attention to his.... the suit is very form fitting... not a fan.

Not when it releases. Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth is overtaking my life for the next month or two (maybe three) but maybe by the time I can play it, it'll be on sale :)
They ruined tim in the books and now in game... tragic.
Problem is the original ones all look absolutely awful in my opinion, I hate how all the textures look plastic like, the shapes are generic and boring asf, color palettes are ugly...
Like I love doing chara-design/costume design, it's a thing I spend a lot of time on, and I've seen a reaaaal lot of designs in various aesthetics, so I think I'm kinda legitimate.
So I'm gonna say it, those are lames. Whoever designed those may come from some expensive dumbass graphic school, they're still bad at what they are doing and shouldn't be it art.
At least not before going through a bit of character development. Because all of these have an absurdly trashy art direction.
It neither looks good nor actually practical as armors, colours are really off.. And the shapes have no identities, it's both generic as fuck and the exact combination of not actually detailed, with aggressive shiny plastic/silicone textures, yet still somehow overdesigned with shitty useless adding of boring lines and extra heneric shapes that I absolutely hate because it adds nothing, complexify the reading, while not actually being thoughtful...
It just looks as generic and overdesigned as if it was AI generated, and I both hate the general shapes, really Fortnit-ish/cheap, and those irrealistic textures without actual texturing and "actual material" aspects..
I don't like this art direction
It's the same problem I had with Injustice Games and Mortal Kombat, and it makes sens looking at the studio.

Dude make up you mind, You say batgirl's comic accurate suite is 10/10 but prefer the game's original suite over it but you only gave it 9/10. Red hood's original has brown in the vest and should be black so you don't like it but in the Knighthood suite you say the suite is mostly black so the vest should be of different color like brown!!!!?????
Batgirl's comic accurate suit is better, but I prefer the other one even though it's not as good (imo). I don't like Jason's default in general, but with the knighthood I'd like see what it would look like if the jacket (not vest) was brown
Ok i know i have watched every time you’ve done one of these but the title is misleading every time. I click expecting a ranked list, and what i get is a 1-10 RATING of each suit, NOT a ranking
Also wish you had rated all of the actual suits (like the customizable elements) luke you did for the first beyond and not just the transmogs
