You missed something from Rosanna's side, she apologized and retracted her statement when she first came forward last year because she was bullied and recieved threats on her life. It's wild how everyone made fun of her back then that she even apologized publicly for coming forward. If you see her current posts now, people are still calling her a liar, and that she "deserved" what she got. It took this many skeletons in the Mr. Beast team to come out before some folks realized maybe she wasn't wrong.

And then getting massively exaggerated because she's trans. All she is guilty of is being a bit creepy and weird in her past, I'm not even sure she broke any laws, just extreme gray areas which she's since improved from. It was years ago, pre transition... Hrt affects the brain a lot, she's quite literally a different person today than pre transition, but ofc we have to bully the trans person off the internet.
It should be illegal to ask someone to sign a waiver of their legal rights. Your legal rights should be that, a right, and not be something that can be taken away even by an agreement, written or verbal.
If you strike a plea deal with the government, you forfeit your right to appeal. So even if they did something illegal to force you into the position where you have to sign it, it can never be undone. Even if the supreme court overturns convictions of people charged with the exact same crime, you're stuck with it.
It's not illegal to ask someone to sign whatever you want but the law also won't enforce contracts that aren't legal, like when someone tries to use an NDA to prevent someone from disclosing details about illegal activities.

I met someone in a bar here in Omaha just the other day, she was drunk as he** and blurted out in the bathroom that she’s going to be on the beast games. She told us stories, about how she was in trash bags, that she ate nothing but boiled eggs for days and that it definitely seemed rigged but she passed the first trials and she’s going back out to film the second portion in two weeks. She said that how they chose contestants for the show was interesting. She said that a lot of the people who were picked to be in the show were Amazon interns or employees, from the inner ring of Amazon itself. UA-cam needs to stop marketing to children. Stop allowing children to monetized. And most importantly all inappropriate actions with children need to be investigated and consequences be levied as appropriate.
I used to make custom jewelry. I partnered with a fashion magazine to do a giveaway. It was for an overseas (non-U.S.) edition of a major magazine, that rhymes with Rogue. This was either a one or two week, No Purchase Necessary giveaway. The editor called me when the giveaway and accompanying article went live, both on their website and would also be available in the latest print edition. So, I was pretty stoked, obviously. And the call was helpful since they were like, nine hours ahead. And then she said, "Hang on, we'll have the winner for you in a minute." I had no idea that this was coming. Yeah, a "two week" contest by a major brand had just gone live, and they drew the winner within the first two minutes. Contests are rigged and/or completely effed. When I was growing up, the McDonald's Monopoly giveaway ran year after year. I totally did not believe in it, and that turned out to be a complete scam. And now there's a documentary about it. It's all bullsht.
I think people often forget that something doesn't have to be illegal to be morally wrong. With Jimmy's audience being primarily children, I can see how they could be tricked into thinking they were getting a shirt signed by Mr Beast, but instead it was forged by a team member instead.
Pretty sure forging a signature falls under fraud regardless of if that signature is being given on a "signed" piece of merchandise (and sold as such) or if the signature is on an official government document. Even adults that got signed stuff from MrBeast thought it was Jimmy that signed it.
@@gyrthez246 signing for someone in general is fine as long as they are not signed in order to defraud. It should be illegal to ask someone to sign a waiver of their legal rights. Your legal rights should be that, a right, and not be something that can be taken away even by an agreement, written or verbal.
NDAs don't protect employers from illegal stuff
If you strike a plea deal with the government, you forfeit your right to appeal. So even if they did something illegal to force you into the position where you have to sign it, it can never be undone. Even if the supreme court overturns convictions of people charged with the exact same crime, you're stuck with it.

It's not illegal to ask someone to sign whatever you want but the law also won't enforce contracts that aren't legal, like when someone tries to use an NDA to prevent someone from disclosing details about illegal activities.

The closest opens up to Narnia, graveyard edition. I bet it spans for miles, and to think we just passed the halfway point of the year.
And then she said, "Hang on, we'll have the winner for you in a minute."
I had no idea that this was coming.
Legal and illegal...moral and immoral are not 'insert something smart that makes me look smart' 🤷♂
I’m pretty sure false advertising is illegal and unethical
@@gyrthez246 signing for someone in general is fine as long as they are not signed in order to defraud. However, that guy signing that signature is in fact fraudulent, since there is no way to construe it otherwise. It's not much of a problem that the gullible think yt videos are real. There are instances of MrBeast claiming that all of HIS videos are real, even one of his employees responded to criticism with a claim that their team does NOT fake competitions.
See, youtube used to be real, that's what made it cool. Then it had to be monetized. Once you need to monetize, it becomes corporate. Once it becomes corporate, it's no longer cool. See; MySpace, Facebook, and now UA-cam.

2 thing here actually baffle me.
1. That anyone ever believed beast actually did any of the things in his videos or that it was done out of genuine kindness and he was a good person.
2. That anyone thinks that any of this will actually effect beast at all. At most he may say sorry but I doubt that will even happen.

But it's still mostly children which is the problem
But yeah, I totally agree that none of it will probably have an effect, these are allegations at the end of the day but I doubt any of the sponsors will care to pay an investigation into it, or anyone else that CAN do something would
Good, cuz I like watching his vids while snacking. It's entertaining, wgaf if it's staged
@@TheVirginityThief the problem isn't that the videos are fake in itself, it's the fact that they're scripted, but are advertised as lottery/contests/whatever, yet the results are rigged, which classifies as fraud, and also the fact that children are involved in this, and the fact that he's participated in crypto scams with Logan Paul before, and the fact that he's also involved with Kris

In Lava's mind, Kris was his friend and he probably didn't understand the full extent of what was happening until he looked at it all again as an adult. It's important to remember that Lava is the victim in this scenario. Considering that even reading the logs he still says he doesn't remember but it must be true, and he doesn't feel traumatized or like a victim but that it was inappropriate, I believe him that he just doesn't remember it that way.
