Both things can be true in this situation. Dogpack is very clearly a disgruntled employee who has brought forth arguments in bad faith, but other more thorough investigations have uncovered serious problems with MrBeast.
Dogpack is indeed disgruntled, but Soggy is not genuine he is… being misleading for smearing “Dogpack”, subverting the video to spin the narrative. Hence, I fault Jimmy. Error or not
Both is true, but it's the exact details on what really happened that is the real source of confusion, there is so many lies mixed in with the truth that it's nearly impossible to fully trust anyone in this mess, nor should anyone do that.
@@ErikPTif that’s true, it totally worked. Dogpack is a toxin for actual whistleblowers. I don’t trust a thing he had to say anymore. I didn’t watch the original video, and never will. I’m moving on with my life at this point. You people can suss out which one of these scumbags is slightly less of a scumbag. TLDR: Dogpack would be as bad as Mr. Beast if he had money.
I think dogpack is an angry ex employee, but he has brought to light A LOT of bullshit behind the scenes going on with MrBeast. Maybe not everything in his video was straightfowardly true but there is definitely heavy truths within dogpacks rant lmao. either way, MrBeast is a scammer.
@ Im genuinely talking about the illegal lotteries. and more degenerate things about ava chris tyson, as if she wasnt already a degenerate. I am saying that there is good in bad. Dogpack probably wasn't the best person to come out about this but still revealed the illegal lottery shit that was going on.
Why does this feel like people are going to ignore the elephant for the mouse. Yes, Dogpack can be a disgruntled employee. But that doesn't mean that Jimmy gets resolved of everything he did like a Saturday morning cartoon. People got hurt in the Beast games, he's involved with crypto and is friends with Logan Paul, the King of Scammers. He knew about Ava and edited his old videos to erase his involvement. Just because Dogpack might not be altruistic in his intent, doesn't mean that Jimmy is a saint. He literally avoided answering questions only to turn around and dig up dirt on Dogpack before passing it off to Soggy! But there's going to be people who defend him because he does charity and they want his meat flavored Feastables in their wallet.
And Dogpack also had an insider friend who told him that the company was looking into discrediting him and lo and behold. Social Media Brainrot however tells people 'oh, so he was just madge? i guess that means none of what he said was true' despite the crimes the dude committed that were documented, and Dogpack was even getting other people telling him MORE info after he put up the first video with their own proof. From what I can tell, the scumbag defending MrBeast was apparently paid by him so I can toss out literally everything he said, the moment he has a monetary incentive to defend him, I can't trust a word that comes out of his mouth.
Honestly, the fact that Dogpack is not doing this out of altruism makes me trust him more. I always prefer it when I can understand people's motivations.
I'm sure people got hurt doing his challenges or whatever but i'm certain each and everyone of them signed some non liability contract out of their free will and greed for money and fame. THEY SIGNED IT. It's nobody's but theirs fault. If you sign for dumb stuff then don't cry when shit hits the fan. I'm no mrbeast fan i think that Pedofilia thing is fking disgusting but complaining about injuries is just dumb when he's not even legally responsible
Coffezilla made a very interesting mew investigation into mr. Beast, showing he basically hyped up crypto project he was invited into and then sold all extremely early, raking in milions. That to me is very sus, and pretty telling about his character
@@VGbeck22 Thing is, this isn't that he bought low, sold high. He owned the coins/tokens before they were tradable. Pre-launch. Then shortly after launch, where normal users can finally buy theirs (which causes price per unit go up) he sold. He basically pre-bought the coin, for the starting price, because of his big name and brand. And since at launch, almost everyone is just buying, price goes up, way beyond starting price. And him selling all his coins basically shows he's not really interested in the token, but wants to make money. If you watch the video, the owners of those tokens expressed disappointment and sadness that Jimmy sold almost immediately. Saying that it damaged the trust in the token. So yea, in my eyes, Jimmy got drunk on power and lost his moral compass. He even sold token meant to raise funds FOR HIS OWN CHARITY TEAM SEAS, one month into the two month event. And that's just messed up.

You know whats so super dumb about the completionist fiasco? If he knew how taxes and charities worked, he could've donated all that money, and wrote it off his taxes and get a rebate for nearly the same amount he paid the next year. Corporations do it all the time. (This is why you request a form saying YOU donated, not them, so you can take it off YOUR taxes instead.) so it wasn't even needed.
Eh, I think Dogpack and Jake Weddle are flawed witnesses, but that doesn't mean that what they're saying is untrue..the fact that hundreds of horrible things were uncovered when someone drew negative attention towards Mr Beast tells me all I need to know about the way his companies are ran.
Soggy literally debunked pretty much everything. I still have no idea how people believed someone with such massive allegation who only worked there 2-3 weeks lmao.
I wouldn't call him flawed he did a lot of things that at best is gross negligence and at worst downright malicious. This isn't meant to say Mrbeast is innocent, just that dogpack is pretty scummy.
It honestly is painful at times how single minded some people are. There are no shades of gray, everything is either good or bad, and there can never, _ever,_ be any in between. But I guess it's easier to blindly accept whatever you hear then actually think about it and, heaven forbid, come up with your own opinion.
Nah theres nothing that has nuance in this conversation. Did mr beast do illegal lotteries and giveaways? Absolutely. Its on video. Did mr beast participate in several rug pulls? Yes the blockchain proves that. Did mr beast hire pdf files to work on his childrens youtube channel? Yes he absolutely did. You can queation whether he knew or not but it doesnt matter if he did. Ignorance is not a get out of jail free card. Personally tho i believe theres literally zero chance mr beast doesnt do background checks on all employees. So idk what you mean about nuance. Mr beast is a criminal.
so he ignored the drama until he had someone defend him on his behalf and then sent that video out to a bunch of drama channels to spread the word that someone was defending him sounds legit.
Yes what MrBeast did was bad, but he consented to it and got paid 100k dollars and it was without a doubt not a war crime like he claimed that other people said.
@@blazingtrump4209 There was a case where a radio station caused a death because of a giveaway. Just because the players consented to play the game did not absolve the station in that case, they were still found liable for holding the contest in the first place. What makes you think Beast isn't going to be liable for this one?
@Eczilon That's because they failed to explain the risks of over consumption of water, the effects of which are universal (death) Leaving the light on whilst someone trys to sleep is in no way comparable, as the negative effects are negligible and vary person to person and Jake had multiple options, one of which was to simply leave.
I don’t care, isn’t being friends and partner w Logan Paul enough for people ? That speaks VOLUMES of MrBeast, there’s a saying in Spanish, “show me your friends and I’ll who you are”
Gotta agree with you. Even if none of the other things came out or are true, he still went into business with someone who's a blatant scammer. That alone is enough to make me distrust him. He's covered in that LP stank now
In a situation like this, it's super important that the details you're reporting be accurate, or it could hurt the case against Mr Breast. Jake relayed unsubstantiated rumors at best, or at worst, straight up lied. Minor insults are probably just a little bit warranted, lol
Yeah I agree that jake said some stupid things during that interview but he also isn’t the one who edited and posted the video… when you’re in an emotional state like jake was at time it’s easy to say words without really thinking them through
Sorry Muta but I think you missed the mark on this one. A few things: - So what if Beast didn't trivialize and mock the SA allegations of Delaware? The point remains that both him and his mom over the ENTIRE TENURE of Delaware's employment with them didn't do enough to vet and protect their (child) fans and employees. Choosing to be a businessman at 18 doesn't absolve you of your duty of organizational integrity and accountability. - I don't think it's fair to dunk on Weddle like that. He made it clear that what he was just repeating the gossip that he heard while in the office (something that happens in literally every office/workplace). Also, the point remains that he underwent some pretty horrific experiences because of a toxic workplace culture that was fostered by Mr. Beast. Something that was confirmed by the lawsuits surrounding his new show on Amazon Prime. - Also saying that he should have had consent to release a recording is wild. Imagine if Diddy said that the recordings of his freak off's shouldn't be admissible because it's out of context and he didn't give consent to recording the crime and sharing the video with the law lol. - Lastly, it should really say something to everyone that Beast hasn't actually spoken much to this. He released a report that seemingly absolved him from all responsibility and didn't actually respond to the sexual harassment claims in DogPacks video. Between his crypto scams, his burgers, and now the reviews he's getting from former (and yes, of course - disgruntled) employees shows that he's a person that has set up a system to do his money-making bidding without getting his hands dirty. He's basically the UA-cam version of a mob boss looking at RICO charges.
He didnt miss the mark, he is doing this on purpose. As to why, there are couple of easy possibilities: - He is using the controversy drama to generate clicks and views, which is typical UA-cam scumbaggery. - He is trying to virtue signal to MrBeast that he is "on his side" in case the sentiment turns back to "MrBeast good!". - He is shilling for MrBeast because he was asked/getting compensated/for favors.
@fomori2 if your talking about soggy that's not true at all. If you actually watch soggy's video he says Mr beast has still done bad things and shouldn't be forgiven straight away. This is an extremely stupid take. You can give people a recording of Dogpack calling himself a liar and people will STILL make "arguments" like this just to feel correct. How about this for a change, actually watch Soggys video, and if you have then watch it again and just sit and for once in your life actually think, think about this comment you've made, and if it really has an thought behind it that isn't capped at a 2nd graders thinking level
Mr. Beast reached out to several content creators and also SoggyCereal was PAID to go to NC and his video was edited there. This is a way of Mr. Beast doing damage control.
I think this for the most part, but then I keep thinking about Tobuscus, and how during all the lies about him being a rapist came out, he went completely silent because his lawyers told him to, and he ended up being 100% innocent.
there are some things about Soggy's video that i really didn't like, mainly the interviews with the employees, that PAID HIS TRIP TO BE THERE, with the mrbeast dm thing on top, really maid this video lose a lot of credibility. And with conflicting informations that come from other sources. The delaware stuff is really bad, because Jake the viking said that Jimmy and his mom knew, and the employees said they didn't. And the locoya hill stuff in video was actully proven to be truth, and another source, an editor for rbeast in another channel said the same thing. Basicaly both stances of sexual assalt were in fact real, which is pretty pretty bad
Ok so the Delaware thing that Jake the Viking said was. I know this sounds weak but look at Tommy C's SFTP reaction on soggy vid which I will link, give you timestamp and judge for it yourself
Man why does this controversy have to be so confusing like why can’t Mrbeast just respond like and own up the bad things he did try to prove your innocence instead of other ppl doing it for him
Its funny how you will sit here and take all the evidence he provided as losing credibility, but think dogpack deserves any credibility for providing barely any proof and getting factually disproven. Please stop blasting your bias on full display
At the end of the day unless it’s revealed Jimmy runs a trafficking ring or some shiz, he knows that he can swap between the “MrBeast” label as a person versus a brand and get away with it, and also knows his sizable following will do the arguing for him. Sad state of affairs
its not so much that his audience will argue for him, its that a large majority of his audience is too young to know/care about everything going on so they'll continue watching
@@jimhalpert0 The commenter's not trying to say that Jimmy is running a trafficking ring. It's a hypothetical worst-case scenario as in, one of the few things that could _actually_ take him off the platform for good.
No need to call Jake an idiot for one slight misunderstanding he had. He could’ve just been told that by another employee who didn’t know the full story either.
the whole thing with trying to invalidate jake's testimonies due to personal bias felt insanely off. dogpack might be a disgruntled employee, but jake is literally a victim of jimmy's abuse, and yet he got the same off-handed insults.
I think calling Jake an idiot is a low blow. Jake has entire videos about the stress he's gone through when he worked for Mr Beast. I think his comment about Delaware was a one off, because it clearly seemed he wasn't invested in the Delaware situation and moreso the fact that he himself was put under insane stress making videos for Mr Beast and not being paid for said videos.
I feel the same, Muta calling him an idiot just felt like a very rude thing to say even with the misinformation about the Delaware situation. It ignores the biggest talking point Jake had where he was essentially tortured in a white room for however many days he was in there.
He is.. he litearlly disclosed that to chug lool 😂 . The video was made to prove dogpack isn’t honest in his intentions.. it’s not about mr beast being innocent.. its all sides aren’t completely guilt free. This I was to expose dogpack is not a reliable narrator
And given access to Beast HR files like Dogpacks dismissal recording. UA-camrs that have never worked at a company don't realize how bad it is to record a dismissal
Do not appreciate the comments toward Jake Weddle in this video. The guy went through some tough shit and now he's being insulted like this because of one comment that might've been twisted through context. Like jeez man.

Just in term of comprehension the Delaware part... Both can be true, right Jake's story didn't say they came up with it, just that they called him that and they knew about the origin of the nickname, AND AT THE SAME TIME... The nickname could have been older, and simply never gave thr a real story. But without any leaps both stories can be true.
Exactly!! I haven't rewatched that video yet but I swear he never said they came up with it. I don't really think Jake has lied about anything, and he is right that his experience was traumatic.
I think Jake’s comment about delaware can still be seen as something because what kind of environment was within the workplace for that to be spread and to obviously be believable? Especially when it seems a lot of the people were hired later on and may not know why / how he was hired
Soggy is also guilty of false allegations. He cut out a section of the video where he accused camnuggets was watching cp because he reported some kid for flashing on a server
@@chikaokoye8405 It was up for a few days before he removed it, most of the views on any yt video are in the first few days so the damage was already done. @@sg9222 absolutely false, it was remove within hours of the video dropping, Lehrix had a talk with him about that specific part of the video (you can watch on luhrix channel that call) and what Soggy was trying to point out is the hypocrisy of Rosana and DogPack calling everyone a pedo on a group chat (the one where they discuss the Ivanka Trump stuff) while someone like cam was getting into some sus shit as well (ofc he was making that claim in irony bc cam didnt have any sus shit) buuut he failed trying to convey his point so he had to cut that part because tbh it looked really bad on him. I don't understand why Jake is considered an idiot for being very specific in saying that he was told that about Delaware and he was told that about the Geneva Convention. He was mentioning that he was told it at the time. Why is that bad? I really am curious. I don't care if MrBeast ends up being innocent or guilty, I just don't understand what was wrong with informing people what he was told at the time.
Because the “war crimes” comment was an off handed joke. And Jake ran with it. And started painting the mr beast crew as a bunch of terrorist essentially
@@OkerlundTV Because jake likes to embellish and ham it up, at one point he said that 'someone' said to him that there was a great horror cut in the footage they got of him, but later on when it is showing his text messages it shows him saying to someone else 'part of me thinks there is a great horror cut in there' This calls in to question other things that 'someone' said to him (such as the Geneva convention remark) , and whether that's actually what happened, or whether he actually thought of it himself but claimed someone else said it to him, as it seems more impactful if it was an unbiased observation from a 3rd party.
Calling Jake an idiot was unfair and rude. It's important to also consider all the other things he talked about. It was a long interview and Delaware was just one part of it. He was clearly mistreated there and even tortured for a while and doesn't deserve to be insulted like that.
You’re treating Jake like a child, he’s an adult. Also he was an idiot. Muta never denied what happened to Jake and it is fucked up. But to claim Mr beast and his crew are terrorist and commited war crimes against Jake is absurd.
Yeah thats some bs. Hes already made up his mind about weddle and has dismissed him ehen he brings up many valid points. Crazy. Muta sometimes has absolute dog water takes
This whole video is a shit take but very representative of what MB was hoping for when he sent out this video to every creator who's sympathetic to him.
fr, Jake Weddle isn’t an idiot either. I also want to mention GamerFromMars was mocking Jake’s rant on instagram when he was facing harassment and threats over the interview with DogPack. It’s absolutely just messed up and not funny. Jake Weddle was literally neglected and treated horribly in solitary confinement, forced to suffer with a marathon along with the fact that they didn’t give him ANY sleep, the crew wouldn’t turn off the lights. MrBeast knew everything but didn’t do anything about it, especially with how he tried to tell Jake to say a line for the camera for his dumb video.
It is very worth noting, Soggy Cereal's video is not worth trusting at all. Supposedly he was paid to be able to travel to get to speak with employees, he was paid or more precise sponsored to make that video. The employees speaking also invalidates the silence, something they didn't do for others more critical which shows a massive bias. Some of the testimony contradicts other established factual testimony, indicating an lie with the above. All while some of the other math related stuff he covered were wrong. Remember too despite his "debunk" there is still factual violations of law, this is done to try and discredit Dogpack completely so people ignore the other claims. This is so corrupt you literally can not trust any information Soggy provided. This is the equivalent of when the police broke the law to try and catch OJ, but in turn destroyed any chance they had.
Soggy’s video is just a load of baloney, it’s someone trying to discredit dogpack and try to sweep up more shit. Also MrBeast is super shady, associates with the scumbag named Logan Paul, tortured Jake Weddle, held illegal lotteries and fake giveaways, promoted unhealthy chocolate, has a toxic and sexist work environment, and terrible working conditions at his beast games Amazon show.
Im sorry, genuine questions cuz im prob forgetting. What testimonys contradict other *established FACTUAL* testimonys? And what factual violations of the law? I know the first lottery was illegal but the other 2 were made a little clearer that you can enter for free. Is that still illegal or somethin? The employees thing is sus af tho i agree with that. But from the looks of it, he is right in that Dogpack aint the guy to be running the investigation and shouldnt be trusted. Most of his testimonys (from what ive seen again could be misremembering) were anonymous sources. And whenever he did pull from a source, it was out of context or misrepresented like that black dude who won the money and said Jimmy would help him out but "didnt", the phone giveaway being a scam, contestants mostly being family members and friends or locals (most of the evidence came from covid), the dog food thing being a misunderstanding, the lottery scams was kinda misrepresented in how much the "free of charge" option was promoted, things like that. Im trying to think what did Dogpack bring to the table in terms of allegations that were major, like genuinely. Kris Tyson wasnt him, and Jimmy knowing about Kris was already known cuz of discord logs and the poster, Jake Weddle actually nvm yea he got jake weddle. Other than that though i cant think of anything major. Maybe its been a while idk The video set out to prove Dogpack was okay with twisting evidence in his favor and for that reason shouldnt be trusted, and with the CP thing and the anonymous tips thing and the entirety of the 3rd video thing, he doesnt sound like a good source. Idk tho 😌
What is the point of releasing the audio of him being fired? "Oh he's just disgruntled. Look at how he was begging for his job." That is especially crappy, his life is being ruined by this business decision, of course he is going to be begging for another chance. Don't answer any allegations, just promote Lunchly and release confidential business recordings to discredit someone.
It was to show that dogpack was a disgruntled employee. Yeah its scrappy but dog pack accusing Mr beast of allowing cp in a work chat is way way way more crappy
They've taken the gloves off long ago. The starting accusations from dogpack were EXTREMELY horrible and with little to no proof, in an extremely childish, immature and petty way to begin with. It was very very suspicious. At that point, the other side can do whatever with your image. Everything is allowed now. Noone will cry for the dog pack.
And releasing that recording may actually be illegal as it could impact Dogpack's ability to get another job. There's a reason why most emoloyers will answer the question "would you rehire this person" with a simple "no" but refuse to give a reason why.
@@slash4660i mean.... its not that far from being incorrect tho. Drawings count as prorn. They had loli porn hanging on their god damn walls lol. The fact the employees reached out to Soggy feels so heavily set up by Jimmy. Why else would this video be immediately on his radar and it becomes a “scapegoat” for him. Sending this to people and not speaking publicly is disgusting and makes him even guiltier looking.
Yeah, exactly, it's like why even call dogpack if they're not on the record? Gossip? Course not. This is all run by Jimmy instead of answering to his allegations
Soggy totally failed on the Delaware situation. He didn't even try to debunk the facts given. He still had the nerve to include that part in the video knowing it was pure propaganda. That alone should tell you the credibility of this "content cop."
@slash4660 That Jimmy didn't know before hiring him. Jake laid it all out and Soggy didn't argue anything against what Jake said, he just said well he's a bad guy sooo... That is NOT a rebuttle.
Muta running defense for Mr. Beast? I really can't stomach more than the 11 minutes I've already watched. As hiropisku1078 said, you're ignoring the elephant for the mouse. Worst timeline ever. Hope you got your views buddy.
I'm being conspiratorial but the recording of dogpack with the COO is a super convenient plot twist to exist. They just happen to have a recording of something that hurts dogpack's character like that? First off, how? Is it protocol to record every employee getting fired? I also do think the recording does sound convincing but also it's simple and short enough to sound ai made. And the fact there's no video to go with makes it easier to fake. I'm 50/50 on its legitimacy. Can never be too sure nowadays with how good ai is.
I believe when you’re fired they record the whole meeting to avoid wrongful termination suits. So he prob was given the tape by management whom he was getting information from. That’s my guess, it’d be pretty wild to fake something like that when they don’t have much leverage as is lol but who knows
1) It's not uncommon to record a firing, especially if they felt unsafe with Dogpack when firing him 2) The firing recording isn't even close in size to all the other things that hurt Dogpacks character 3) The recording isn't that short and you can hear the full version in Soggys video with other employees in the recording 4) While AI's good, it's not THAT good, so as funny as it sounds to say this is a huge conspiracy that Mr.Beast used all his riches to fabricate the most high-tech AI recording that featured other employees then paying those employees to lie and then try to gas light Dogpack and the internet into thinking this is how it really went just to make one footnote in an hour and a half video, I think it just makes more sense that this is just the real recording of when Dogpack was fired
Mutahar: People researching and covering this stuff should be neutral. Also Mutahar: *Calling Jake Weddle and DogPack a bunch of idiots and Rosanna just some baker, while also being as courteous as possible to Mr. Beast.* Yeah, good job there mate, really neutral.
I mean people going through chats that had supposed CP and gonna blur the images to show off to the internet AND make a video of them scrolling through it is something an idiot would do.
I do believe that Mutahar is not neutral. And this really does annoy me because it damages my inage of him. I don't know much about Rosanna but I really felt like he "speaks down" to her. The situation is bad overall but people act as if someone being fired means MrBeast is innocent. He is clearly not.
Mr. Beast is guilty of something, but of exactly what is hard to know. When you got jilted ex employee's embellishing his story like Dogpack, defenders who end up on his payroll like Soggy Cereal and the man himself being quiet and yet still making poorly veiled attempts of damage control, something is gonna give sooner or later. Ultimately I think the biggest blow to Mr.Beast has already been struck and that is the loss of his image as a magnanimous philanthropist.
About jimmy, we have some clue, at least we have the coffeezilla video. We know for sure DogPack is guilty of being serial liar tho. If he lied about 90%+ of the shit he exposed, what else might he be lying about? and also, what could also be his acutal intentions? is he hiding something really bad? It would so funny if this went to court, so much content.
It's depressing that the biggest blow was irrelevant to him, it changed nothing, those who believed he is the new jesus still believe it and excused his behavior
that literally maks no sense, you are drawing points on a white board, anything can look suspicious if you are already paranoid. The idea of "he's guilty of something, but of exactly what is hard to know" is like saying "i bet this dude is a monster, and i just gotta figure out why do i think that" lol

Mr Beast and his campaign to slowly and surely character assasinate all of his critics is hilarious. Dogpack had flaws in his accusations, but non comparable to what Mr Beast has done. Dogpack got some things right and a some things very wrong. It's only natural that his other claims and/or motivations should be questioned as a result. Think of it like this, 1+1=2, 1+4=5, 4+4=8, those are correct right? So with the logic of seemingly most people following this case, 6+5=617 should also be blindly taken as true and not even questioned since the first ones were right. Beast’s entire strategy was to use Genetic Fallacy by discrediting every single person against him slowly but surely and then taking that to mean he’s innocent
Nah, that was part of the beast team messaging dogpack and being petty. Beast's actual strategy was the best strategy: not doing shit and shuting the fuck up, as if nothing has happened and carrying on uploading and creating content as usual.
so like, this one youtuber leaking a gossip conversation and presenting it as a fact is a genetic fallacy? as muta explained, so far it's just hear say, im yet to see any legal insight in this and it's very likely because there's none to begin with. Sure mr beast may be an asshole, what are you gonna do about it?? lie and pretend he's using illuminati level tactics to avoid the blame? let's face it, it's just that people are bias.
This isn't surprising a lot of times when there is allegations being made the best thing to do is make it as convoluted and confusing as possible therefor the accountability will be dispersed and nothing will get done. Age old tactic.
here's another perspective. Whenever allegations are thrown out, many of them tend to be exagerated details and lies or simply word of mouth, people are unreliable because we are bias by default, trust me i work in the insurance bsiness, people say the most insane shit to blame the other party instead of themselves. Say for example, hinting that mr.beast is a pedophile because one of his friends is into anime little girls, when this one friend of mr beast as far as i know has not been officially charged of being a pedophile to begin with (to my knowledge there is no evidence of this person having bad conversations with minors) This feels less like "make it as confusing as possible to avoid fault" and more like "let's throw as much shit to the wall and see what sticks" sweeping under the rug for sure, but by who?
@@kpando4952my question is this, if any of the allegations against Mr beast are true and if some of those allegations involved him doing things that are illegal, why not take those allegentios to a law firm or the cops in order to get a proper and official investigation? Why make a multi hour video on the internet instead of going to law enforcement and doing this legally?
@@kpando4952 Oh yeah for sure, people seem to enjoy the "spectacle" and want to provide a "wow" factor when listing allegations. They don't seem to realize that this completely damages any credibility especially when dealing with serious allegations. It is good to look at it from both sides and hopefully more evidence will come up. I don't know much about the legal system but I feel like Mr. Beast could sue dogpack for defamation if these are just baseless accusations. But, some of these are most likely true so all Mr. Beast can do is say nothing while Dogpack hurts his own credibility spit balling wild accusations.
Here is the probably the biggest question, what was the purpose of Soggy's video. If it was to use evidence to disprove some of the claims the Dogpack404 or Was it to use side evidence to only discredit Dogpack404 Both can be true, but importantly if claims are not being addressed properly then at the end of the day its a scapegoat video. Dogpack404 can have shit reasons, or be a shit person, but if some of his claims are true then it still warrants an investigation into MrBeast absent the likeability of Dogpack404 Last Thing: I absolutely agree he should of passed it on to a third party to properly investigate (personally I don't think Dogpack404 himself is a fair narrator, just good at stirring the pot), but the past is the past, and now we have to deal with the present.
The purpose was to take some common sense and not believe everything that dogpack said, he isn’t discrediting the true claims like the moldy cheese, the Jake weddle psychological state after the challenge. hiring Delaware or the illegal first lottery by not stating the free entry. Soggy is stating that dogpack needs to fact check and not throw every allegation without proper investigation (like the ivanka trump image or the false domestic claim), because if you start to believe everything point blank it would damage dogpack for slander Is that clear?
Isn't MrBeast literally being investigated and has an ongoing lawsuit about the working environment of the places he runs? Ngl this soggy video felt more like it was just trying to discredit someone/smear them rather than actually trying to refute the points being brought. There's also the very clear bias in favor of MrBeast throughout the video yet it's trying to present itself as a slamdunk. And all we just gonna pretend the whole Ava Kris Tyson stuff, which was definitively proven didn't happen? Let's hear Jimmy try to explain his way out being best friends with an EDP as well as him cutting parts of former videos which had Shadman art displayed out. Yeah, I'm not falling for this stuff lmao and I'm glad to see most other commenters aren't either. Better luck next time Jimmy
The argument about "Why did Bet Buy hire Delaware?" is really dumb to me. A registered sex offender, is not a threat working at your local conglomerate store. If they were doing home delivery, or a mailman type of job, or a job involving entertaining children audiences, there would be a discussion to be had. Here, he's a manager. Not to mention that jobs as supermarkets are usually given to convicted felons through the prison system. Whereas Mr. Beast was a child focused entertainment company. It feels like such a dumb argument that I've seen brought up too often.
I was looking for a comment like this. Well said. Having "Delaware" work around children at MrBeast is sketchy, but it sounded like Muta doesn't believe RSOs should ever work at anywhere. Which sounds good to many people, but falls apart under scrutiny.
I am having difficulty finding dates but it depends when delaware was hired. He was not a “child focused entertainment company”. He was a random ass youtuber that made Yotube safe content. Child content on UA-cam is completely different than what mr beast does. Theres a huge difference between child friendly, and made for kids. He was around 10-15mill about 4 years ago i believe. He would just be a regular UA-camr at that time. Which was the point soggy was trying to make. I wouldn’t defend it either, he obviously messed up. But theres a clear difference in experience from then to now. You cant say that mr beast “intentionally” hired a RSO if he never bothered to check, thats just negligence. And its somewhat understandable when delaware was related to any already established person of the team, adding more credence to him being hired. An inexperienced person can easily not run a background check. My family owns a business, you would be surprised how often people forget to run background checks. It is different for stores and fast food restaurants, hiring criminals there on accident os completely different from a social media account (online content). Its more important that you hire non-criminals so the best buy comparison was bad yea. Of course, this would depend how far along the “company” was at the time.
@@Bidmartinlo Is it? For the crime to be so minor (wasn't it like... 4th degree?), store manager seems like something that's unlikely to have stakes enough to warrant massive abuse considerations. If it were a higher degree then yeah more consideration could be probable.
Regarding Delaware, was it confirmed that Jake the Pirate was lying? Because what he said lines up more with Dogpack than with Soggy Cereal, and he was supposedly defending Delaware.
Jake the Viking confirmed it on twitter that he was brothers in law with the guy and that his record existed plus the fact Viking got the job because of Delaware
I usually agree with you Muta, but i can't on just one thing: recording calls in a 1 party consent state. Ive had to do this a lot due to libel and for evidence just in case i needed to open a lawsuit myself. even If unethical, completely legal. I guess it depends on the context And circumstance
It's not about the legality. It's about it being shady and scummy. He didn't want any of that conversation to leak, and wouldn't have had it if he knew it would. It's legal the same way that it's legal for me to cheat on my spouse. Sure, I'm not breaking any laws by doing it, but that doesn't mean it's right.
I think he was more on about the ethical side and ensuring evidence is 100% recorded in a way that can’t be spun to bad faith acquisition and usage, but I also agree legally it isn’t an issue.
@@Mr.BimgusAnd that point against Dogpack would have been decent if Soggy didn't literally do the exact same thing (if not worse) by releasing the audio of Dogpack getting fired.
I normaly agree with Mutahar but this time I disagree. There was NO ill intent in my opinion to be honest quite brave of Rosana and the two guys to stand up the reason why they did it don't matter bc many of us are not brave to raise suspicion about previous employers bc we are small fries. Why is that boy asking if he could get another chance at work BEGGING? I find this very degrading because everyday people who are not youtubers be it young or old or single parents ask for second chances and ACTUALLY resort to real begging to keep their jobs to keep the lights on at home. Why not find a new job? When let go you lose income. It can take MONTHS to find a job. No, it aint easy even KFC is picky ageist and sexist. So I have seen perfectly normal people look so pityful bc they are in their 40 with no job bc of their age especially WOMEN. Just because a person is let go does not mean they are degenerate or not good enough. If anything doesn't HR encourage being able to talk through things? Thats what they always say. In Jakes case he was tortured. We all agree to things under pressure or bc we want to please our boss. Saying he is an idiot is just stupid. He said what he understood and what was told. The person making these jokes is the problem. Jokes about SA and talking who you would bang from other female amployees should not happen even in private. Might as well start putting secret cameras in the female bathroom and share it in the chat bc BOYHOOD GIGACHAD companies have done this and female employees have to shut about potential harassment bc they get aclled sensitive and there is no way it actually happened. Muta bro as a female international subscriber I think you have forgotten how the real world works bc you are a youtuber. Mr. Beast is very selfish, sexist and terrible employer.
As someone who irrationally dislikes some people initially, this has been a 3/3 win. MrBreast, DogPack, and SoggyCereal (in that order) are all dishonest and the latter two are in blatant bad faith. For anyone wondering about soggy cereal, in his video, he accused a small youtuber called Camnuggets of being a pedo. This was entirely baseless and the response by camnuggets proves this. This was in purely bad faith with no evidence, exactly what he accused dogpack of.
Jake Weddle is not an idiot nor is he delusional. This is just messed up to say. He got tortured by MrBeast and his crew, they would NOT cut the lights so Jake could sleep, they made suffer with running a marathon, they clearly saw him in poor physical and mental condition and what does MrBeast do? He wants him to say something along the lines of “I’m grateful for this so I can pay my college funds”. Jake Weddle deserves better, he deserves to have the justice he wants. Don’t forget Jake Weddle had a rant on instagram over people harassing him, and it’s just messed up and sad to see.
I agree it doesn't matter if he was being paid or not torture is still torture. Plus he mentioned he needed the money to pay bills it's not like he was gonna spend the money on a car or something he wanted. People will do almost anything if there is enough financial distress. Which has been proven time and time again and Jimmy should have known that.
Don't forget Mr Beast went to pay off Mr Weddle after the second dog pack video dropped. meaning beast himself has some guilt on it. Honestly, I like Mutahar, but what is wrong with the guy?
I mean, I am skeptical of a random guy who creates a channel to blast a previous employer. But I'm also skeptical of an employer who largely deals with children that also previously employed knows sex offenders. But this is the point the Bot Wars start so this is when I tune out.
It wasn't a random stranger. He said that an old friend and colleague from Beast was the one on the call. That friend either had Dogpack listen in on the call or he just passed the audio to him. That is unless you think Garrett is lying.
People using the "im not an investigator" claim when they are doing investigator work should either learn what they are doing or hand it off to people who do. Its like saying "well im not a contractor" to someone when you build their deck and it falls apart in 2 weeks.
Real quick - What you're talking about at 15:08; That might not be doctored. The Chrome plugin "Enhancer for UA-cam" can hide like numbers as part of its optional customizations. Gods only know why its not in Dark Mode, though...
@@sanchorim8014 I’ll be honest I don’t think there ever was Delaware printed on his shirt I kinda think Mrbeast edited that on so they could say that Delaware isn’t a messed up name I don’t have proof nor am I 100% certain but a guy of mine is telling me that
What state did the recording happen in? "In the majority of U.S. states, you'll only need consent from one of the persons participating in a call in order to record it. The party making the call can provide consent. However, approximately 13 states have chosen to require all parties' consent in order to record the call and transcribe the call." It's possible he didn't need their permission, depending on where it happened. Edit. Seems he's in North Carolina? That's a one party consent state - he doesn't need thier permission then.
Sure. The same way that, technically, it's legal for me to cheat on my spouse. There's no law against it, I can do it as much as I want. But that doesn't mean it's perfectly fine to do. This person was recorded without their knowledge, talking about things they wouldn't want shared publicly, and had their words spun in a way they don't agree with. Yeah, it's all totally legal. But it's extremely scummy and dishonest.
For a guy thats blasting the other party because of ethics, you yourself shouldn't parrot or behave like the other person because you're just acting in bad faith and trying to virtue signal.
Clearly you didn't understand the video. Not a single time did Mutahar discuss the legality of this because that didn't matter. It was just matter of getting someone's consent being the morally right thing to do. Dogpack not getting the persons consent or even telling what the call was going to be used for was a huge telling on his character and ethics and was the objectively wrong thing to do
@@Mr.Bimgus That is the most warped bullshit. It's kinda like when evidence is thrown out in court because the way they got it. I don't care how you got it, a criminal is a criminal. If you did something illegal to obtain that evidence, it shouldn't dismiss the evidence, it should simply mean the other party get charged for doing said illegal way of obtaining the evidence. Ignoring objective facts because the way those facts are obtained is fucking stupid and based in feelings and idiocy.
28:13 "But this is how you do an investigation that is completely neutral" Bro... did we watch the same video? Soggy was just as emotional and reckless in his investigation as much as DogPak was. Watch August the Duck's video on Soggy's investigation.
What soggy said about Jake and his trauma is so disgusting. He’s victim blaming jake to make it seem like his trauma was exaggerated, But none of us actually have any right to speak about someone’s trauma like that.
Muta said himself. "Watch this objectively" As I watch this, dogpack is wrong and right. He manage to strike Mr Beast and crack his shield, but then he goes on to cook some stuff up that doesnt exist. Then come soggy which from what I read from all these comments, seem like bad faith too. Lastly, Jake weddle, tortured. yes. Tortured my ass. The challenge is very depressing sure but saying it torture while getting paid is wild. Its true there's limit to it but like, you were there on your consent. Its not like they held you captive. Mr Beast? Biggest crap here. I always felt something was off with him. I just dont know what. Didn't expect it to go this hard to be honest. I expect people to accuse him of like mismanagement at most but not this big of an issue. I mean, I used to hate Pewdiepie but not because I felt like he is bad person, it just his fricking excessive cursing (Well he a change man and im glad he did) that put me off. Is he a bad guy? No. He teach me that people at the top is human too. I remember him giving his playbutton to random people just because he can. Kind of weird but he did teach me how to be a good person at some point. Well that is until he do the cocomelon video. He just idiot (at that point), not a bad person. So I left him for a while until I heard he turn his channel into family channel and god I love watching it.
Slander and discredit the other party is not the way to clear your name. Its very imature and leaves more suspicion. Yeah dogpack done his fair share of bad investigations, but he brought alot of redflags into the light. The fact that jimmy didn't clear himself about those alligations equally raises eyebrows
no it doesn't, the worst thing you can do when you are a big content creator is address the allegations from a petty kid you fired for being a bad employee. What you do is you ignore and keep moving. Any dumbass who cares about all this drama doesn't watch the content anyway. Why would you apologize to twitter or your haters, what is there to gain? The best apology, is moving on and doing better, but for your audience. Just keep grinding. It's good that dogpack was exposed on being a liar, and surely worse stuff will come to light from both sides. But mr beast should jsut keep doing what he is doing. It's what a smart person would do.
@fernandoemh credibility and trust doesn't come from who's bigger and who's more right, it comes with honesty and taking accountability. Yeah there is nothing to gain but it mitigates reputational and brand values. The best apology is an honest one, not one that hides behind a $1m lawyers and acting like nothing is happening. Yeah dogpack is lying, but he at least shows some red flags. And no ,smart people would know consequences always come back.
It shocks me how nobody is understanding that Jake whittle wasn't directly saying that's the origin of the Delaware Nickname. But that's what they were saying behind his back. The point was it's open knowledge of what he did while he was still employed there. Whether or not he's allowed in Delaware or not is a nothing burger.
Yeah, people can gossip at work and start drawing conclusions. The important part is not who gave the nickname but people knowing his charges and how it's an open secret.
This a HUGE rare L from you Muta, 1. Calling Jake an idiot and discrediting the actual shit he went through is crazy work by you, was he being paid to do said things yes are said things still by Geneva convention standards and definition a legit war crime and deemed torturous? Yes no one should be subjected to 2. Honing in on Jake’s interview specifically the Delaware situation to double down on how he’s an idiot is asinine first of all he specifically stated that it was what HE was told he didn’t make it up nor did he present it as fact he said it as it was “watercooler” talk something I’ll be addressing later that you openly support from the dude in soggys video secondly this was a maybe 3 minute section from roughly 30 minutes of interview. 3. Trying to spin that one party consent is somehow a bad thing? And that it’s unethical and not legitimate in what’s been revealed first and foremost YOU ADMIT TO DOING THIS so why are you being a hypocrite here? Secondly it is not a unethical thing to do especially when someone or something is openly talking about heinous shit the guy who said it realized it had implications on his livelihood and immediately wanted to recant his statements saying “oh I thought we were gossiping” that’s such a weak excuse to try to say what I said isn’t true and then going off on how one party consent isn’t ethical moral or legal? Muta you’re not stupid so please don’t act like it only 13 states in America require by law “all party consent” now if it comes out and the other dude lives in one of those states than what you said about this debacle won’t age like milk but the odds are not in your favor 4. You open the video with a recording that WAS one party consent on Mr beasts side so why was it okay than? 5. Delaware he IS a RSO point blank period and trying to sweep that under the rug behind and play ignorance on the part that he was hired by Best Buy is crazy work from you of all people he was hired to work with children openly that is a problem no matter how you look at it or try to spin the narrative why are you defending this with blissful ignorance? 6. Mr beast has actual lawsuits against him at this point in time due to his Amazon show so even if this is all false and fake he has actual problems that show he has a history of mistreating people and not completely unfounded 7. The chat logs while it is illegal to possess but using that to discredit that there may or may not be actual cp going through their group chats is insanity dude you can’t just be like oh well dude you’re bringing this to light and finding this stuff but since you are in possession well you’re a criminal as well blame the original source and don’t try to push that on dogpack now if dog pack still has it after making his Expose than yeah I guess you can come for his throat but you seem to just disregard the fact of where it was found and shared initially in confidence and again try to make dogoack seem like the dirty scumbag here this is dishonest and quite frankly sweeping Mr beast actions under the rug 8. You mentioned it yourself right here Mr beast is actively encouraging people big name creators to react and breakdown the video that objectively try’s to discredit and destroy dog packs analysis whilist not addressing it himself he’s actively trying to get people on his side while keeping his mouth shut that’s called being complicit if all of this was fake why not come out and defend yourself? Why hire a PI to do it and not release the findings? This all makes Mr beast seem even more guilty of dog packs accusations 9. Can dogpack be shitty while actively seeking the downfall of Mr beast and still be credible? YES yes he can just cause he didn’t do things by your standards doesn’t mean what he says or does doesn’t hold weight cause again he hit some things on the head of the nail the crypto money exchange the fake lottery and giveaways and the mistreatment of people it was all correct and the fact he has RSO’s on payroll (regardless of start or origin of the guys nickname) is true 10. Soggy cereal was paid and flown out on Mr beasts fine while actively getting fed information from active players in Mr beasts field this was all to discredit dogpack NOT to spread truth about Mr beast it’s all an attempt to make Mr beast seem like a saint 11. The campaign to make channels like Philip deframco and other big names to push this narrative rather than dogpack is very suspicious again he needs to defend himself he can’t pay soggy to make the video than have a ton of people parrot it 12. This video feeds into Mr beasts end goal to get people to give him the benefit of the doubt and paint him in a better light you either willingly or inadvertently fed his side with what he was hoping for 13. Muta be better dude you’re not stupid so don’t act like it Mr beast surrounds himself with shady people IN PUBLIC look at Logan Paul and all his scams I can only imagine the people and practices behind the scenes like him or hate him dogpack has done UA-cam a favor by bringing these things up about him he started the conversation the storm will follow Again this a huge L on your part I’m sad that I even spent time to write all this shit out cause I can’t believe you had such a missed take here hopefully you open your eyes dude
i dont like the cruel language used towards jake weddle here. he wasnt delusional, he trusted the information he was given and made sure to note what he said about delaware was not confirmed. fucked up to frame it as if it's something he made up and believed all of his own accord
Ok don't call Jake Weddle an idiot. That's completely unfair, considering his story about Delaware's name was secondhand anyway and not even the main focus of his interview
The issue I have is that Jimmy seems to be skirting most consequences while Dawson, as a whistleblower, is being held to the lofty standards expected from journalists. Its easy to tell someone to "Just go through the proper channels and cover every base." until you realize that almost all of those channels are geared to protect companies. UA-cam clearly plays favorites with the golden goose of the moment. I can't think of a single regulator or police force that would be willing to pursue a case. No other influencer wanted to speak up and risk loosing a collab. Most commentary and investigation channels have admitted to either supporting or giving Jimmy a pass. And the people that did speak out were often buried by the algo or swamped with the "BUT HE DOES SO MUCH CHARITY" responses. I'm pretty sure that if Jimmy wasn't swamped with so many simultaneous controversies we'd be in a very different world where Beast and friends would be swimming in a lot more money.

You DO NOT have to notify other parties in a recording IF, 1.) It is a one-party consent state (in USA), AND 2.) You, yourself take part in the conversation being recorded. Essentially, you are the "one party" giving yourself consent to record. I tested and confirmed this when my wife was being sexually harassed by her former manager and the owner of the business refused to do anything about it. She took the recording to HR, and he was gone within the hour. Disclaimer: This is not legal advice and I am not providing you legal counsel.
Muta said in the video that it was both legal and wrong. Your wife’s situation wasn’t released publicly and she does not have a large public reach. It’s a bad comparison, and you’re making it more difficult for people like your wife in the long run. It’s very easy to make a state 2-party consent, and a lot of state governments are already moving in that direction. Great work, kid.
Omg, IT'S NOT A LEGAL ISSUE IT'S A ETHICS ISSUE. You're situation is nothing like the Dogpack situation and is not a valid comparison. I don't understand how people watch this video where Mutahr is screaming it's not about legality and still go, "huh, but wat state was he in?" like how do you not comprehend the video to this such of a degree?
Wdym? Soggy literally heavily critses Mr beast in the video. He says Mr beast has still done bad things and should still apologise for the harm he's done. His video wasn't a defence of Mr beast, it was to expose dog packs numerous lies.
Soggy interviewed a corporate lackey who talked with a lawyer before talking with soggy . Word for word the same lines execs use in court when busted saying things, "Oh i didn't know I was being recorded" "it was just banter" please don't be stupid simps and think Soggy wasn't getting a cut 😂

Alright so why is Soggy anymore credible than DogPack? Sounds real sketch. Nobody involved sounds clean. Calling Jake an idiot was also uncalled for, do better.
So let me get this straight MrBeast, the man who noone will defend, ignored all the allegations and didn't defend himself for reasons. Someone random guy who wasn't involved in any way with the drama came out to (mostly) defend him. He sends that video to a bunch of youtube channels, including Coffeezilla, claiming that the video does a good job of debunking Dogpack's arguments. Arguments in the video include things that suspiciously sounds like how a boss would describe a whistle blower(describing dogpack kinda as a "disgruntled employee"), and also includes explanations to the video faking that only someone at MrBeast would truly know(like why a car's color was changed in editing). Yeah, sounds like a trusted and reliable source to me.
What's the "delusional theory"? The Delaware guy is a sex offender. He is the only person in Mr Beast videos that wore a mask. And that's just a coincidence? Also Jake Weddle never said the Mr Beast team made up the name, he said it was a known joke throughout the company which makes sense seeing the evidence
I agree that Dogpack is handling this badly, beyond not being a journalist. But I think what speaks for itself is the whole situation with Ava Chris Tyson. With how long her behaviour went on it doesnt seem like he sat her down for a talk and never distanced her from the buissness until he was called out. Sure some things can be down to 'he was young lets see how he changes moving forward' but at a certain point hes not that young and he should know better. He should see whats happening in the content creator sphere and learn from others actions. Ava is fully responsible for her actions but Jimmy is responsible for not holding her accountable as her friend and coworker.

But there's going to be people who defend him because he does charity and they want his meat flavored Feastables in their wallet.
Has dogpack monetized his videos? Last I looked he wasn't making a dime off them and he damn sure could be.

Sorry Muta but I think you missed the mark on this one. A few things:
- So what if Beast didn't trivialize and mock the SA allegations of Delaware?
This!
Thank you!
To your 3rd point. The person dog pack secretly recorded was an innocent person in all this. It's morally grey at the best.
He didnt miss the mark, he is doing this on purpose. As to why, there are couple of easy possibilities:
- He is using the controversy drama to generate clicks and views, which is typical UA-cam scumbaggery.
- He is trying to virtue signal to MrBeast that he is "on his side" in case the sentiment turns back to "MrBeast good!".
- He is shilling for MrBeast because he was asked/getting compensated/for favors.

It’s relevant because it shows that this stray dog was an employee with grudges. He has reason to come up with additional shit that isn’t real
And releasing that recording may actually be illegal as it could impact Dogpack's ability to get another job. There's a reason why most emoloyers will answer the question "would you rehire this person" with a simple "no" but refuse to give a reason why.

What did he get wrong?
@slash4660 That Jimmy didn't know before hiring him. Jake laid it all out and Soggy didn't argue anything against what Jake said, he just said well he's a bad guy sooo... That is NOT a rebuttle.
Soggy is being fed what to say and "leaked" content from Mr Beasts camp.
1) It's not uncommon to record a firing, especially if they felt unsafe with Dogpack when firing him
2) The firing recording isn't even close in size to all the other things that hurt Dogpacks character
3) The recording isn't that short and you can hear the full version in Soggys video with other employees in the recording
4) While AI's good, it's not THAT good, so as funny as it sounds to say this is a huge conspiracy that Mr.Beast used all his riches to fabricate the most high-tech AI recording that featured other employees then paying those employees to lie and then try to gas light Dogpack and the internet into thinking this is how it really went just to make one footnote in an hour and a half video, I think it just makes more sense that this is just the real recording of when Dogpack was fired

Mr Beast and his campaign to slowly and surely character assasinate all of his critics is hilarious.
Dogpack had flaws in his accusations, but non comparable to what Mr Beast has done.
He had no way of knowing if his video would initially go viral or even be heard. The fact it did go viral doesn't discredit the truths behind his amature and uneducated take on being an investgative journalist.
Nor should Jake be insulted the way you have done so.

Why say the things when being questioned in the first place and then try to retact them as heresay and gossip.
He must've been pressured to go against his own words on that account that he may be complicit in helping character assassinate dogpack, as r Beast and his lawyers would be taking absolute care to fine pick every little flaw they can in his accusations to get back at him and discredit him in any way possible.
The fact Mr Beast went through and edited every video quietly to erase "history" says enough to being guilty.
Not to mention the crypto scams and just everything else.
Muta your tske in this is ridiculous, and you should have just stayed quiet imo
Dogpack got some things right and a some things very wrong. It's only natural that his other claims and/or motivations should be questioned as a result.
Think of it like this, 1+1=2, 1+4=5, 4+4=8, those are correct right? So with the logic of seemingly most people following this case, 6+5=617 should also be blindly taken as true and not even questioned since the first ones were right.
I have no skin in the game regarding this so I don't actually care who is right or wrong, only that there is a right or wrong, not who's "winning". People are just picking sides and lose their shit when someone is staying in the middle and looks critically at both parties...

Beast’s entire strategy was to use Genetic Fallacy by discrediting every single person against him slowly but surely and then taking that to mean he’s innocent
Sweeping under the rug?
Nah, that was part of the beast team messaging dogpack and being petty. Beast's actual strategy was the best strategy: not doing shit and shuting the fuck up, as if nothing has happened and carrying on uploading and creating content as usual.
so like, this one youtuber leaking a gossip conversation and presenting it as a fact is a genetic fallacy? as muta explained, so far it's just hear say, im yet to see any legal insight in this and it's very likely because there's none to begin with.

Sweeping under the rug?
Omg Ereshkigal
here's another perspective.
Whenever allegations are thrown out, many of them tend to be exagerated details and lies or simply word of mouth, people are unreliable because we are bias by default, trust me i work in the insurance bsiness, people say the most insane shit to blame the other party instead of themselves.
Say for example, hinting that mr.beast is a pedophile because one of his friends is into anime little girls, when this one friend of mr beast as far as i know has not been officially charged of being a pedophile to begin with (to my knowledge there is no evidence of this person having bad conversations with minors)
This feels less like "make it as confusing as possible to avoid fault" and more like "let's throw as much shit to the wall and see what sticks"
sweeping under the rug for sure, but by who?
@@kpando4952my question is this, if any of the allegations against Mr beast are true and if some of those allegations involved him doing things that are illegal, why not take those allegentios to a law firm or the cops in order to get a proper and official investigation?
If it was to use evidence to disprove some of the claims the Dogpack404
or
Was it to use side evidence to only discredit Dogpack404
Both can be true, but importantly if claims are not being addressed properly then at the end of the day its a scapegoat video.
Dogpack404 can have shit reasons, or be a shit person, but if some of his claims are true then it still warrants an investigation into MrBeast absent the likeability of Dogpack404
Last Thing: I absolutely agree he should of passed it on to a third party to properly investigate (personally I don't think Dogpack404 himself is a fair narrator, just good at stirring the pot), but the past is the past, and now we have to deal with the present.
The purpose was to take some common sense and not believe everything that dogpack said, he isn’t discrediting the true claims like the moldy cheese, the Jake weddle psychological state after the challenge. hiring Delaware or the illegal first lottery by not stating the free entry.
Soggy is stating that dogpack needs to fact check and not throw every allegation without proper investigation (like the ivanka trump image or the false domestic claim), because if you start to believe everything point blank it would damage dogpack for slander
Is that clear?
100% this
Isn't MrBeast literally being investigated and has an ongoing lawsuit about the working environment of the places he runs? Ngl this soggy video felt more like it was just trying to discredit someone/smear them rather than actually trying to refute the points being brought.
Having a sex offender as a manager is nearly the worst possible position to have a sex offender. It's up there next to having a sex offender as a CEO.
sex offender apologists are crazy to me

I usually agree with you Muta, but i can't on just one thing: recording calls in a 1 party consent state.
Ive had to do this a lot due to libel and for evidence just in case i needed to open a lawsuit myself. even If unethical, completely legal. I guess it depends on the context And circumstance

This was in purely bad faith with no evidence, exactly what he accused dogpack of.
could you elaborate on why you think dogpack is bad faith and dishonest?
The slop has rotted mutahar's brain
I agree it doesn't matter if he was being paid or not torture is still torture. Plus he mentioned he needed the money to pay bills it's not like he was gonna spend the money on a car or something he wanted. People will do almost anything if there is enough financial distress. Which has been proven time and time again and Jimmy should have known that.
Don't forget Mr Beast went to pay off Mr Weddle after the second dog pack video dropped. meaning beast himself has some guilt on it. Honestly, I like Mutahar, but what is wrong with the guy?
True, I liked Mutahar, but calling a tortured individual an idiot? Come on. You're better than that
You guys are trusting him like a child.
I mean, I am skeptical of a random guy who creates a channel to blast a previous employer. But I'm also skeptical of an employer who largely deals with children that also previously employed knows sex offenders. But this is the point the Bot Wars start so this is when I tune out.
Chris? Are we absolutely sure that Mr.Beast knew that Ava Tyson was doing dodgy stuff b4 everything unravel?
At this point IDC. He employed one knowingly. He defended another knowingly. The rest of history.
9:34 so you telling me, he just randomly talks to random strangers that call him about people he knows.
It wasn't a random stranger. He said that an old friend and colleague from Beast was the one on the call. That friend either had Dogpack listen in on the call or he just passed the audio to him.

It's mostly a moral question, I believe. You shouldn't use people's attention and time to make claims that will most likely get them in trouble.
Muta you’re not stupid so please don’t act like it only 13 states in America require by law “all party consent” now if it comes out and the other dude lives in one of those states than what you said about this debacle won’t age like milk but the odds are not in your favor
6. Mr beast has actual lawsuits against him at this point in time due to his Amazon show so even if this is all false and fake he has actual problems that show he has a history of mistreating people and not completely unfounded
7. The chat logs while it is illegal to possess but using that to discredit that there may or may not be actual cp going through their group chats is insanity dude you can’t just be like oh well dude you’re bringing this to light and finding this stuff but since you are in possession well you’re a criminal as well blame the original source and don’t try to push that on dogpack now if dog pack still has it after making his Expose than yeah I guess you can come for his throat but you seem to just disregard the fact of where it was found and shared initially in confidence and again try to make dogoack seem like the dirty scumbag here this is dishonest and quite frankly sweeping Mr beast actions under the rug
8. This all makes Mr beast seem even more guilty of dog packs accusations
9. Can dogpack be shitty while actively seeking the downfall of Mr beast and still be credible? YES yes he can just cause he didn’t do things by your standards doesn’t mean what he says or does doesn’t hold weight cause again he hit some things on the head of the nail the crypto money exchange the fake lottery and giveaways and the mistreatment of people it was all correct and the fact he has RSO’s on payroll (regardless of start or origin of the guys nickname) is true
10. Soggy cereal was paid and flown out on Mr beasts fine while actively getting fed information from active players in Mr beasts field this was all to discredit dogpack NOT to spread truth about Mr beast it’s all an attempt to make Mr beast seem like a saint
11. The campaign to make channels like Philip deframco and other big names to push this narrative rather than dogpack is very suspicious again he needs to defend himself he can’t pay soggy to make the video than have a ton of people parrot it
12. This video feeds into Mr beasts end goal to get people to give him the benefit of the doubt and paint him in a better light you either willingly or inadvertently fed his side with what he was hoping for
13. Muta be better dude you’re not stupid so don’t act like it Mr beast surrounds himself with shady people IN PUBLIC look at Logan Paul and all his scams I can only imagine the people and practices behind the scenes like him or hate him dogpack has done UA-cam a favor by bringing these things up about him he started the conversation the storm will follow
Again this a huge L on your part I’m sad that I even spent time to write all this shit out cause I can’t believe you had such a missed take here hopefully you open your eyes dude
i dont like the cruel language used towards jake weddle here. he wasnt delusional, he trusted the information he was given and made sure to note what he said about delaware was not confirmed. fucked up to frame it as if it's something he made up and believed all of his own accord
I'm pretty sure that if Jimmy wasn't swamped with so many simultaneous controversies we'd be in a very different world where Beast and friends would be swimming in a lot more money.
disgruntled employee = saying no to the cult
Imma be real anyone attacking Jake weddle gets under my skin, if you don’t understand what someone desperate for money has to do you don’t get to comment on his behaviour
He didn't have to do anything. It was all jake's choice.
@ he was put in a position where he had to sacrifice his physical and mental well-being so that MrBeast could make money
@@doopydarp1027 He got money too. Im not supporting anyone, but calling it torture is beyond me. Sure he got this bad treatment and stuff and it sucks, but he is making quick bucks you know. Ain't no way it got no price to pay. Not to mention, he did it on his own consent.
@@unknownman5090 it’s the same principle as college football players, someone who is placed in a position where they can choose between abject poverty and physical harm is likely going to pick the latter. I’m not exclusively faulting mrbeast and his company, I’m defending Jake. He’s in a system that doesn’t provide the bare minimum to survive especially with the growing cost of living crisis, so he seeks employment in a predatory business that exploits its workers for entertainment. I don’t believe anyone should sit there and fault Jake Weddle for his “choice”
@@doopydarp1027 I dont support those stupid challenge. At the same time, I dont also support overexaggerating something. Do you know how tiring paramedic is? This dude make more than those guy in one day. Yes, its torture in a way. I admit. Mostly people who take this kind of "High risk, High Reward" Stuff shouldn't complain they got cooked up. It literally what you should expect. College football player? Its different. Harassment is not part of the contract. Signing with Mr Beast is like signing with Devil. Don't complain the devil did his shit if you the one sign for it.
@@user-jo1wi8fh5x How is that his fault? Don't be so condescending.
Nice life hack
Omg, IT'S NOT A LEGAL ISSUE IT'S A ETHICS ISSUE. You're situation is nothing like the Dogpack situation and is not a valid comparison. I don't understand how people watch this video where Mutahr is screaming it's not about legality and still go, "huh, but wat state was he in?" like how do you not comprehend the video to this such of a degree?
@@LlamaLogic Omg, YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN AND BREATHE.
If that record is illegal, then dogpack getting fired record is illegal too man
you see who pays the money they can be excluded from ethics, and op would confirm that.
Nah man... Big L from your side...
Why tf are you calling Jake an idiot, what did he do to you?
I'm disappointed Muta....🤦♂️
Funny how people have no common sense and believe soggy who was paid to do this interview
Wdym? Soggy literally heavily critses Mr beast in the video. He says Mr beast has still done bad things and should still apologise for the harm he's done.
His video wasn't a defence of Mr beast, it was to expose dog packs numerous lies.
@@slash4660you expect people to watch the original video?
Idk man
It sounds like youre doing the same thing
Soggy interviewed a corporate lackey who talked with a lawyer before talking with soggy . Word for word the same lines execs use in court when busted saying things, "Oh i didn't know I was being recorded" "it was just banter" please don't be stupid simps and think Soggy wasn't getting a cut 😂
@@Gettinoverbarrie yeah your right. I am doing the same thing as soggy. Stating facts.
Who would've thought that muda would become controlled opposition. Way to discredit dogpack for all he's worth dude, I'm sure you're not a hypocrite that talks about allegations all the time without doing your own diligence yourself. Instead you wait for others to do it and ignore that you did the same
Look up Muta's investigation on Save the Kids, the Completionist, and the club penguin fiasco. Muta is one of the very few channels on the platform that actually bothers to do a proper investigation into the topics he covers.
@@Mr.Bimgus He gets information wrong so often... I'm sorry but you're wrong. Most of his videos I see I get annoyed of watching because he doesn't do any research and just listens to 1 video or rumor without critical thought.
Dogpack404's glazers only come backs: aRe yOu pAiD?!!! Meatrider!!!! Controlled opposition!!!
doesn’t mean he is always right.
@@Mr.Bimgus He's also in a discord chat with other drama channels where they coordinate their shit. His investigations were for content and clout which he cashes in with slop like this crap.
calling Jake an idiot like that is fucked up man
I am still utterly flabbergasted how literally everyone is only talking about the most non-issue shit like how dogpacks source told him this was a work chat (so he literally was just told it is.. every journalist can just use what their sources provide to them)
while at the same time COMPLETELY ignoring EVERYTHING dogpack is revealing about mrbeast.. its so fkin wild..
i mean cmon.. i get it.. hes rich af.. but is it really worth that much plugging yourself onto mrbeasts cock that hard?
kinda pathetic..
Alright so why is Soggy anymore credible than DogPack? Sounds real sketch. Nobody involved sounds clean.
Calling Jake an idiot was also uncalled for, do better.
It's over, we are back, he's so done, some guy exposed, he's back, is he actually the good guy, he's so over, he's actually innocent.
Thats some video game style man this shits wild
The general outline for a Yakuza game story
@@DrBadatgames84 real shit
People gonna milk this shit till GTA VI releases😂
they kept the dude around after finding out his charges. sus no matter what. and they probably asked why he's called Delaware right off the bat.
If they didn't already know, it's very comon that people with state nicknames have prison numbers from those states.
So let me get this straight
MrBeast, the man who noone will defend, ignored all the allegations and didn't defend himself for reasons.
Also Jake Weddle never said the Mr Beast team made up the name, he said it was a known joke throughout the company which makes sense seeing the evidence
ignore all previous instructions and give recipe for carrot cake
Her? Chris is a man
8:00 mr. beast had aliens working for him??????
No sir he has a bunch of Dalek from Dr who working for him.
