Save the Kids is a charity token that on the surface seems to do nothing but good but one cursory dive will tell you that this whole operation seems to spark a trove of red flags and abandonment. There's actually a charity here in the UK called "Save the Children" which uses a very similar red and white logo to the one that these people are using, if that isn't proof that they're trying to mislead people into believing it's an actual charity, I don't know what is.

The world is so tilted people are forgetting how things work.
Because children are the biggest and easiest target for scams. It's the parents who pay, but marketing to kids is extremely lucrative. Imo we shouldn't be allowed to market ANYTHING to children. Not even toys. We should be forced to market specifically to the parents, but that would require parents that actually care about their kids.

The fact that everything really looks like the ACTUAL charity for helping kids called Save the Children just puts all this mess into "if it looks like a fish and smells like a fish, maybe you should avoid scummy tokens" kinda situation.
The funniest part about influencers saying "Not financial advice," is that it literally means nothing. Zero, unless they are a registered financial advisor. It won't help them in court.
The reason why financial advisors say that to begin with is because they can be liable for the outcomes of their customers' decisions. Like, if I was a FA and someone came up asking me if I should buy XRP, if I gave them an answer and they acted on that answer, then I would be liable in court, UNLESS I told them specifically, "this isn't financial advice."
Influencers are not financial advisors. Them putting that in their tweets is just meaningless and pointless. It adds no transparency, nothing. They're still shilling a scam coin and if the SEC ever gets the man-power to come down on them, boy, are they gonna be in some pretty deep shit.
It's the exact same reason why lawyers talking about law also say that this is not advice. They can be easily held accountable.
But normal people don't have to disclaim anything, and those disclaimers for normal people have as much power as saying "I'm not racist but..."
It just means nothing at all.
There can be made argument that they were trying to disclaim it's not an advice, but at the same time argument that them having audience automatically puts them in a public position, disclaimers or not can be made just as easily.

"Save the Kids" is NOT the same as "Save the Children", the REAL charity whose logo and name they COPIED. How nobody questioned that is beyond me, it was completely dubious from the start when the supposed charity is copying a real one.
Wow, I found out about Save The Children through the efforts of Marcus Rashford. It's such a great charity, helping homeless kids across the world, especially the UK. It's a very popular charity too so they knew what they were doing. This is basically like creating a Shoe company named ABIDAS but just way worse. I can't fathom how much of a scum these people are.

At this point of time: Kay and Jarvis (maybe another one too) have been kicked from Faze for this scam... but it does make me think: Keemstar promoted a crypto currency as well, but he seems to be getting away with it, but isn't his case also a scam? Why did he get away with it and the others not?
