Christmas, Guitars, and NI DAQ

OK, one of the developers here at National Instruments likes to celebrate Christmas each year by using our stuff (NI DAQ and Compact DAQ) to create a cool Christmas display around his cube. This one is something similar to a big flashy version of Guitar Hero using NI DAQ, a open source piece of software called Frets on Fire, and Python.

Dont forget that the guitar has to work for little kids which, despite the obvious appeal for us nerdy adults, is probably their primary market.
