The most useful thing I learnt in this one was the Speed tag, for the ''bullet time' effect. I actually did have a scene where i was using spline flow, with a spline looping around the rocket and heading toward the camera. But I gave up. as no matter what i did, the particles seemed to stop about a quarter way along the spline? but then if i increased the speed too much they just flew off the spline. I really like the change group technique with the animated shader, although, i should have really turned it off on this one, as it just looks like the particles are dying. Anyway, a good start!
