    Made this tonight ... SUPER GOOD! We tried dakgalbi at a very authentic place in Chuncheon, and we didn't love it as much as we thought we would. But this - this was FANTASTIC (even with a few substitutions ... LOL). Thanks for making this video!

    As a part korean deprived of knowing the full culture/cuisine, I glad your on UA-cam to show me what I'm missing out and how to make it. I love both of you on the channel and I fascinated how you're so neat in cook in such a shallow pan. I have pots and pans bigger, yet I always spatter something. I don't know what shames me more your neatness in cooking or that being male and so competent at everything. Stay awesome and safe both of you. Mahalo from Hawaii.

      Yes. Get ricecakes on amazon... and you can use any Non Dairy milk to tenderize.. personally I would use a Can Of Cola to tenderize. Adds great color and caramelization to the dish also.. will be very delishious...

    • @KittyCat260
      @KittyCat260 3 роки тому +1

      @@Shuggies non dairy milks actually aren't all that effective for tenderising as the point of the milk is the lactic acid. Non dairy milks will really just remove poultry smell and maybe add a little flavour. The coke is definitely a great idea though, I like to cook pulled pork in coke or Pepsi 👌
