      @@DayoOgunde Gochujang, for me, I have to adjust it, too, sometimes. Depends on the day and my tummy. Especially, if I'm cooking/prepping for others. Really, Gochujang is so incredibly complex, flavorful with heat level associated with measurable amounts. But, even a tsp highlights a dish. I see why you'd want to limit the use for sure.

    • @MyFlipperLikesIce
      @MyFlipperLikesIce 3 роки тому +1

      I have two kinds of gochujang in my fridge one is much sweeter. It definitely has a unique taste compared to other hot sauces. I've come to love it. I use the hotter one the most.

Even better bcz there’s no MSG in it, I’m very happy to find this recipe . Literally he saved my money 😂😂 in my opinion dakgalbi is the most delicious food in the world😋🤤🤤

    i've made this probably 10 times in the past year and all i can say is wow, perfection. my husband, who misses the food from korea quite a bit, said i could make this in a restaurant in seoul and no one would know i'm not korean. i think that says it all 😊 i like to add mushrooms because that's just who i am as a person, definitely recommend.

    I just made this from your book…first Korean dish I have ever made. And holy crap, so freakin’ good!! Thank you for sharing! My wife and kids, who have never had Korean food, also loved it 😊
