9:36 I love how the lid doesn't fit the pan, that's so relatable 😂 We have so many pans at home that we can't even find the matching lids. Also, AAAAMAZING recipes, i can't wait to try some of these!

I love all the dishes in this set but my favorite is the TOFU. It's so good! And a tip for easy removal of honey from a spoon: Measure the sesame oil first. The honey and other liquids will slide out easily.

Tip for skimming broths: Put your ladle in the freezer for like 30 mins, then when you scoop just use the bottom of the ladle and have a few ice cubes in the ladle. The scum will actually stick to the ladle because it's cold on hot.

It's not a new idea. It is traditional in Korean to have 1 main course in the middle and plenty of bancha or side dishes. More the better. It's meant to share with family and add variety and tastes.

I JUST made braised tofu for the first time today, right before you uploaded this! Used another recipe for the sauce that I found on youtube but it was pretty much the same as this and super tasty. It's possibly my new favorite thing to make. So easy, low effort, you just fry the tofu and mix the sauce and leave it all alone.

When I was a kid my best friend Kwang & I would help his mom - she would come home with brown paper sacks FILLED with little anchovies. They would use them to cook all sorts of stuff, or even just throw a few in your ramen... But FIRST you have to pick out the 'black stuff' out of the middle. I'm assuming that is the digestive track, entrails, etc., but we just called it 'poop'. 😂 lol

I watched on another cooking show that if you use both oil and honey pour the oil into the spoon first, empty oil into bowl then pour the honey into the same , now empty spoon, then pour honey into bowl. The honey will empty very easily now because of the left over residue from the oil that will provide a slippery surface that the honey cannot adhere to. Just helping and not undermining...
