No, you make and create workouts to build muscle and strengthen the body, regardless of gender, and I love that. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything!
It's a non stop workout without a break💪. Incredible. There is some magical vibes in you. I love the intensity. Amazing I will definitely try to repeat the whole your 30 days program again.

Many of these other youtube fitness people are like robots. They film a sequence of exercises and then edit the workouts together, but Anna is authentic and genuine working out in real time. i had to skip out on 5 days' workouts due to being sick, now i can finally resume (although i felt kinda down having missed almost an entire week) and i feel like i got my light back, even if it was hard to bounce back after 5 days of no workouts!
Yesterday I was crying in my bed till 3 a.m because I thought I never will be able to achieve my dream body in my life my mental health is not so good but I try my very best every day to show my at your workouts and build a healthy life again . I hope I will be able to recover from this as my high school graduation is near

Yes that was intense workout i love it,i hurt my knee by mistake last Wednesday and i didn’t workout for last 4 days i feel guilty now😢 but this Monday exercise is amazing I’m sure that the last 4 workouts are amazing too I will try them later thanks Anna ❤🔥🔥
