Im 84 yrs old and since i was 82 i started sleeping at 6 15 or 6:30 at night.... bcuz thats the time i gets sleepy. So i started dinner at 4:30 and clean up to prepare going to bed by 5:30. I do sleep very well.at night. I would wake up to pee.around midnight and.go back to.sleep. wake up.at 5:30; do my rosary and have coffee & bread. And im ready.for the day! I am feeling good;.i have.no.maintenance.medications. im really.healthy so far " Thanks.God". around .midnight and can go back to sleep
