Question to get the shots do you have the GoPro in your mouth, or on the helmet? There was a shot where it looked like you were holding it in your mouth. I think VC and Mitch Boyer do that sometimes. Great video 500km 🎉
hey dude, I use a mouth mount for the POV shots, no helmet mount. I also mount it under my bars sometimes. Its like a bite mount/mouthguard haha. Cheers man!

I don’t actually use a radar, probably something I should invest in however I use bone conduction headphones so am aware of my surroundings… well at least I think I am 😂
Nice Ride I’ve ridden that route a few times. You have to go for a Quick dip Noosa beach. On a sunny day I wear a white helmet and a lighter colour top. Saves you cooking Congrats on 500km it be hard for you to stop now 😂

@@tincan5431 Varies, Attaquer would have to be my favourite kit for value for money. Attaquer All Day Bibs and Attaquer Race Jersey are what I’m wearing in the video. I also have some MAAP jerseys 👍🏻
You should definitely do your own research, but you mentioned eating protein bars while cycling. Protein is good after riding, but largely ineffective mid-ride. Harder to digest than carbs, which is what your body really wants while cycling.
@@Nahhnope hey mate, I don’t really eat the protein bar to refuel or carb up. I got this as a treat instead of a chocolate bar 😂 I go to the gym a lot so I more eat them to hit my protein goal on off days 👍🏻
