Informative video. Nothing wrong with showing your son grace. A good sinking fund to have is a Housing Maintenance Fund, fund it at 1% of purchase price annually. Divide that figure by 12 for monthly commitment.
I know that you're not happy to be paying $700 for your air system but the good thing is is that you had to 700 and you didn't have to put it on a credit card borrowing the money from somewhere else🙏🙏🙏💓🐇
