After Effects Basic Lip Sync Demo (Live)

This was adapted from the lip sync demo at motiondesign.school/blog/easy..., which is great and includes the demo file, but I needed to add some additional details that my students hadn't covered yet (expressions, working between multiple comps, etc.)
