I wonder if this is what I have 🤔 my right knee always hurt when I’m walking or standing especially in one place. And it’s always cracking. I’ve only gone to a fibro doc. I really have no idea if that’s the right doc I’m supposed to be going to. But anyway, it gets so achy. I wish you guys practiced out here in Cali 😭
