- AC/DC performing Guns For Hire live at Wildparkstadion, Karlsruhe, Germany on September 1st, 1984 duting the 1984 Monsters Of Rock Festival.
No, this is not from Donington! All the 1984 Donington bootleg DVD feature this clip from Germany for an unknown reason. Check amateur version of Donington and you can see the diferences: • AC/DC - Guns for Hire
Replaced the audio with from an amateur recording of the gig and upscaled the image.

Haven't seen this before, this is fuckin great
Yes it is, great album
I attended. I was stationed at Neureut Kaserne in Karlsruhe. I dont have words how awesome it was to be there. I'll never forget it.
Easiest way to spoy the difference is Brian keeps his hat on for this performance, he ditches it after the first chorus at Donnington.
Das ist die beste Band der ganzen Welt und ich werde Ihnen immer treu sein und immer ein treuer Fan sein ich warte schon lange auf neue Sachen ich hoffe sie gibt es noch noch länger und dann lösen sich nie auf
✨0:11 Simply EPIC🔥
First concert I attended at the age of 14. Thx for posting. There aren't many videos of the Karlsruhe show.
Gracias desde Madrid!!!
Awesome performance!⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Ich war damals auf dem Konzert. Absolut Geil. Allein schon die Gruppen die vor Ort gespielt haben. Wäre heute nicht mehr zu bezahlen. Gibt es noch mehr Material vom Konzert ??? Hab sogar noch das Ticket von damals.....
Hell Yeah......I was there.......thanxs, thanxs a lot.....The Flick Of The Switch Thing Is so Epic
Saw them one day later in Nuremberg 🤘🏻
BEAST MODE‼️
Always AC/DC
Something is strange with this video. In the beginning Malcolm wears a white t-shirt with a black stripe. At the end of the video the t-shirt is simply pure white.
Pure Magic... mmm... or just mixed images from diferents shows.
Maybe a surviving portion from the Donington tape?
Flick of the switch is underrated. I think Suits killed the support of this one because it had an old school Powerage production sound
I agree. Also explains why Flick and Powerage are two of my favorite AC/DC records.
Uh, no. Why would the record company not want to sell records and make profits? Malcolm was firing a bunch of their associates at this time, they refused to shoot music videos for the songs, and the album just plain lacked a big hit like Back in Black. I love Flick of the Switch, but it's obvious why it wasn't a success if you know about the band's history.
Flick of the switch and fly on the wall are some of my favorite acdc albums. Crack a beer and tap the foot
@@SoloDallasIIesta claro que fue un poco todo y que ellos mismos produjeron el disco y en ese sentido se quedaron un poco solos pero eso no hace justicia de que siempre de diga que flick of the switch fuera un disco mediocre porque no lo es.
I was there.
Where do you get your Amazing Videos. 😳😳😳. Cheers for your historic Videos
Do you have footage of that Paris gig in 1979? There's a video of Live Wire from that show on UA-cam, the best version I've heard, but the video is very distorted. Anyways ur doing AWESOME job with this channel, keep it up!! ⚡⚡⚡
What software do you use for the Upscaling? Great job & look on all your videos! 👍
He uses Topaz Video AI
Are you sure this is Karlsruhe mate?
Well it's definitely not Donington. It's strange that in this supposedly "donington" clip that the clothes of Brian and Cliff change after they played this song? I suppose, they just changed quickly! And the ending didn't sync with Brian originally.
For instance, ua-cam.com/video/WeJQqv341Vs/v-deo.html
At 4:34 we hear some sound from Brian despite the fact we can obviously see his mouth is closed. Not even ending syncs with when Angus is jumping down for Simon to hit his cymbals!!!
@@alfe5992 Yeah I know it's not Donington, but I think no german shows were recorded🤔
@@luisrodriguezaliaga It was still part of the Donington festival, so it was recorded for the big screens. (Sorry, I mean the Monsters of Rock festival)
1:57 is from Donington
