Yes niche is my favorite: Acqua di Parma Quercia, Zoologist Bat, Olympic Orchids Tropic of Capricorn, Serge Lutens Datura Noir, Gallagher Rose all Dae, Jo Malone Oud and Bergamot/Myrhh and Tonka/Pom Noir. I love Bal D'Afrique too.
“I’m almost embarrassed to talk about Ylang In Gold at this point” - this cracked me up so much. You’ve definitely made me want to try a sample of it. We have pretty different tastes in fragrances but I really love watching your videos ☺️
I've been going down the niche rabbit hole for a year now. It's so hard to turn back now. I kinda appreciate many of the niche brands aren't spoken so much about, that way they'll be more unique and special IMO.
Have you noticed that some niche fragrances fall into the 'really fun to smell but not to actually wear' category? Ha! I have loads that I just love smelling and being stimulated by, almost like a psychedelic experience mixed with meditation but I wouldn't spray it on my entire person like a garment or final accessory before leaving the house. I wish people talked about this more because there's no way I'm the only one who owns challenging, unwearable fragrances like this.

Of the ones you spoke about, I love MFK's Oud Satin Mood, Micallef's Ylang in Gold and Kilian's Intoxicated. But my absolute favourite is Micallef's Eden Falls!

@@happygoluckystar8069 Oh wow, have you tried the body lotion?! It's UNBELIEVABLY strong. You don't even need to wear the fragrance. I've never worn anything like it before, not when it comes to body lotions that actually have the same sillage and longevity as a beastly fragrance as OSM. Also, just quietly: it's a far more economical proposition. ;)
Kirke tiziana terenzi is divine and the most intoxicating scent trail. I get so many compliments.

Niche is definitely going down the rabbit hole... I have been introduced to so many new fragrances on your channel and others here on YT, but I could never blind buy at these price points and it is so hard to get a chance to sniff them. So from your video on the Generic Perfumes site, I took a chance and placed an order on some niche fragrances I though I would like. Not sure how accurate they are as I never smelled the real thing unfortunately, but boy am I in trouble now... so in love with most of the perfumes I ordered in oil inspired versions!! I REALLY want these 3 now: Cassiopea from TT; & both 51 and Elixir from Roja. These were my absolute favourites!! Really liked Baccarat rouge as well. Did not like Delina Exclusif at first, it was a hot summer day and it gave me a headache. Gave it another try on a cooler night and I liked it a lot better. Anyway, those are my "niches" for now. Placed and order on red carpet affair from Juliana's perfumery and can't wait to try that one next!! :-)

Oud Satin Mood totally has stolen my heart, I feel so special when I wear it!
I absolutely love Blondine, I think it is such an underrated fragrance. Not a fan of MFK or Roja perfumes, they remind me of something that would have been produced by Estée Lauder in the 1980s. I totally agree with the comments on Wood Sage and Sea Salt, such a gorgeous perfume but I also would never pay full price but having said that I wish people would remember they are a Cologne so the staying power is not going to be great 🤷♀️

I just bought BDK Tubereuse omg it smells so smooth and beautiful. I’ve always hate floral fragrances but after this one I want to try more. It does smell slightly mature but I don’t care. It’s a perfume for me to enjoy
I love Wood Sage & Sea Salt- smells so good- no staying power. You’re right.
Love Wood Sage. Blue Agava & Cacao is brilliant too. I wouldn't be able to live without Aesop Marrakech, Vermeire Bombay Bling, Gendarme Sky, and Diptyque Eau Duelle. 🔥 💕
I am so intrigued by the Frassai Blondine and the M. Micallef Gaiac. Some of my favs are on this list. I am loving both the Tauer du Desert fragrances and am trying to choose my fav for a full bottle. I love Serge Lutens Chergui and recently scored a tester of SL De Profundis which is kind of out there in its concept, but so pretty imho. I am excited to wear The Harmonist Hypnotizing Fire in the cooler weather and Ormonde Jayne Ormonde Woman is a recent discovery that went right to my wishlist.
ALL excellent choices.
A nice/sexy scent on a Woman that could be classified as a Niche fragrance makes here even more intriguing and desirable.

Lalibela by Memo Paris. My signature scent.
I fell in love with intoxicated. Lots of real coffee, lots of cardamom...It agrees with the skin, it's so well blended, so yummy and sooooooo sexy ... I need it !!! My favorite woody scent of the moment is Hermes's "agar ébène" from the exclusive line "les Hermessences". I smell fresh resin with a tiny bit of citrus and florals in the opening, and it quickly becomes warm and envelopping, not oriental at all but leathery and woody (and maybe a tiny bit spicy, but not smoky). I wear it at home, I wear it outside in fresh weather... it just makes me feel good and protected.

Gaiac is my favorite note in perfumery. I wear Le Labo's Gaiac 10. I love The Noir too. I would love to know how you feel about House of Matriarch perfumes.
Favourite niche is lilac love amouage, and bond no 9 Tribeca, BDK Velvet Tonka, Xerjoff Muse... oh.. and so on. No designer, only niche.

I would love a video about your opinion on Micallef perfumes as I've recently been more and more interested in this house! As for niche perfume recommendations, I don't know if you've tried Une Nuit Nomade's Fleur des Fleurs (which I'm going to buy myself this Christmas) and Bois 1920 Come L'Amore (which I got this summer), I love them!

Yana, I happen to have an inspiration of Armani Si Passione Intense which accidently smells on my skin similar to Bal'D'Afrikue . Can't believe how lucky I am :) There is a decent dupe/inspiration of the scent in the Uk, from KDJ perfumes :)

I own White Tea Ginger Lilly by Arden. Ppl say it’s similar to Bal d‘ Afrique. I don’t know the Byredo one, but I loove the White Tea. Maybe give it a try? It’s very inexpensive.
