- Put cloves under the bed. Start using them not only in the kitchen. This spice has more uses than you think. However, few people take advantage of them. Have you ever used cloves on the windowsill? Or by the door? Have you ever tried keeping them under the bed? This application of cloves will solve many problems in the house.

My problems are having to deal with tons of useless UA-cam videos telling me how my problems will all disappear. I put cloves under the bed, but sadly, it didn’t help one bit.

Cinnamon works better for bugs.
Nothing works perfectly but this does help me. Key is you have to grind it well and place or spray everywhere bugs come in

As always, be cautious abut things like this if you have pets in the home. Clove oil, ground cloves or using a water spray bottle of it, can be toxic and even fatal.
So be cautious and maybe don’t clean your floors with this.

Be careful with moth balls. They are carcinogenic.
I use mothballs outside in the sliding glass door tracks since my septic inspector told me they keep spiders and snakes away… not afraid of the snakes but those 8 legged critters destroy me!!!

WARNING: GLASS ONLY GRINDING ! I ruined one of my magic bullet plastic containers. Tried everything, the container is cloudy and I'm safely assuming it's ( alway's going to smell like cloves ). Lucky my Magic Bullet has 2 other mixing containers.
Hello from Petersburg, VA. USA. The natural sprays (without the chemical additives) sound good. . .but NOT if you have CATS because clove oil can be toxic if ingested or inhaled by cats!

Every year I stick the cloves in an orange, till the orange is completely covered with cloves. This will stay good forever, and smell nice for a year or longer.
And it looks nice. And indeed, cloves are the best repellent against ants.
Thanks for reminding me. My mother made one when I was very young and put it in the linen closet. Smelled great, until it dried up. I have cats, so probably shouldn't use it around them.😢. But I love the smell.

I'm not hating on this video because I just grinded some cloves and my bedroom smells amazing. I do however draw the line with boiling moth ball's, no way.
Everyone this clove thing isn't new it's been done in other UA-cam video's ( just sayin' ).
Silverfish eat fabric, towels, any fabric, cotton, linen.
Also paper - silverfish are a book collector’s nightmare!

Will it work on horse flies
I am watching from Bengaluru Bharat. My problem is Mice attacking the wiring of my car, will this help? And how often should I spray this.

Put brillo pads where they're at, holes where they come and go, also cracks, the silver scrubbing brillo pads is the best.
What about grain beetle's
No insects like cloves I have found. I use them literally everywhere a bug might show up. I have never had beetles come around them. I even use in a home made repellent on my skin. Mosquitos absolutely hate it too! I put fresh and dried bay leaves in the pantry and in the corners of my cabinets too. It’s amazing what a few “food seasonings” can do! 💛
I thought moth balls were highly toxic. I would not use them or fabric softener or artificial scents.
