Btw, can I understand if the oil-spray bottles indicated in your link any good to spray mist? I tried a few types. When I tried to spray with water, it can create a mist, but it will shoot a single stream when I swap to olive oil.... 😑
Thank you for your support. I had the same experience with the sprayer .... water goes out in a mist while oil in a single jet. Hope this help

You ruined the presentation of your cheesecake by failing to use the bake paper correctly: first cut a piece of paper to fit the bottom of the pan. Then cut pieces that are to fit around the sides. Anchor the bake paper to sides and base with dabs of butter and put your mixture in... much prettier, and given we eat with our eyes first, well worth it. Also to get equal size portion into patty pans, use an ice cream scoop.cheers.

This is not a normal cheesecake, its san sebastian cheesecake its supposed to be uneven and like this. Educate yourself before u accuse him of something
@@badr.... a San Sebastián cheesecake is characterised by its creamy centre and burnt top. Not by a rough edge. A good presentation is still the goal.
