I was wondering if there are any new 60-minute workouts for seniors. My 96-year-old mom-in-law who lives with us and her sister loves to do your workouts, and I especially love the 60 minutes workouts. She is still going strong and we are grateful for you sharing these longer workouts. Thank you.

These Mike Kutcher exercises are by far the best I've found on UA-cam. He seems to be a very experienced trainer/physio - he anticipates common mistakes you might be making and corrects them. He provides encouragement without any idiotic Ra-Ra-Ra. A very pleasant (perhaps) unintentioned consequence of doing these exercises frequently was that my posture improved by a great amount despite the fact that I didn't consciously work on that. As my posture improved so did my self-confidence in social situations.
So glad I found your UA-cam site. So good in winter when is seniors can't leave our homes because if weather or mobility. Keep up your great work. Thanks You.
Mike I had been doing some of your other videos using weights and stretch bands, then had to stop due to a health issue. Now that issue is corrected and I need to get back into shape for the coming golf season. Set out to find you again, and FOUND THIS VIDEO! Wonderful. I am 90 years old, and can do all of these with you except the "tight rope", but will work on that one. Cannot express how helpful your videos have been and now continue to be for me. I Can't thank you enough, my Neurologist was extremely impressed with my ability to walk Heal to Toe so well ! I told him I learned to do this well because of you. I think I may be ready to exercise without using the chair !Thank you so much I feel like I have come much further than I expected ! 😊😊

Loved this somewhat different from just sitting I was able to accomplish it except hugging the knees but bending forward & touching floor. I love the book it was very helpful. I now know without a doubt that what I set out to do with your expertise, I most certainly will not need knees operated. Thank you so much for being there for me & everyone that wants to enjoy their future fully. Your well-being is so important & beautiful. I want to be independent until the end. this is great for a 75 yr old. I am so glad you make them all avail; stretching, balance,etc. I can easily swim a mile but this video helps me realize how much I need to stretch!

Thank you Mike. i thoroughly enjoyed the exercises. i normally do extensive exercises but i fell headlong on the street 2 days ago and broke my left elbow amd badly bruised my right knee. So these exercises were brilliant for me. Albeit i couldnt do left arm exercises but at least i was getting movement and strength exercises. The right leg was fine and could follow all the exercises. Thanks again
