Hey Everyone, The new 60 minute - intermediate standing workout for seniors is THE workout. I started the video at 9:00 am and after 60 minute exercising, instead of feeling exhausted, I felt very energized, so much so that I was active all day long, felt the energy from within as if I were 10 years younger ( I am 77). Thank you Mike for putting together this brilliant workout.

HI Mike, I am so thankful I found your videos. I am 62 and had shoulder surgery a year ago, I am trying to get back into shape and it is so much harder than it was in my 40s and 50s. My husband and I visited Australia this last fall and loved it! Hearing your accent brings back great memories. Thank you for helping out the older generation. Keep up the good work.
I only just found you on UA-cam and have been trying your workouts for the past week and because I´m just getting back into working out, I´ve found them to be a perfect way to ease back in. In my mindset, I don´t feel like a senior and was hoping that 60 was the new 40!! I´m sure many of us feel the same way!! Loving your workouts and I really appreciate your hard work.

Amazing workout Mike! I did have to pause to change out of my sweatshirt and put on a tee. :) I really enjoyed this workout, a little bit of everything I need. I can't wait to show my grandson that Gig does the tightrope exercise too! He does that for his pt. Also loved the kick boxing, it took me back to when I did tae kwon do with my boys over 20 years ago. I can see doing this one at least 2 times a week, will add weights next time for some of the exercises. Thank you again! I really needed this today.

Wore me out in a really good way! Challenging but not impossible, and the balance exercises are really appreciated. I really like having the warm-up and cool-down all together with the workout as well.

I love this video. I started using 1 lb weights and it's really kicking my behind but I love the way it feels when I'm done. Don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found Mike and his exercises....thanks. ps my breathing is getting better also.

Thank you did this video to-day as my mind felt motivated and was letting me know that I should try. I have not really excercised since trying going down 100 steps as I do not have that amount only 12 I had to keep going up them and having a THR I think I overdid it as it felt sore all week afterwards. So to-day felt like it and enjoyed this excercise video. Always greatly appreciate what you do and the encouragement you give me. Thank you.

Loved the workout!
Wow I had to stop after twenty minutes but then I started up again and finished. I think this is my favorite long exercise for Seniors. I did use two pound weights for most of it. As always directions were great. Thank you so much. Maybe tomorrow I can go the whole hour with out stopping. Btw I’m 74, vegan and trying intermittent fasting. 😍

This is year 3 of twice a week exercises and my muscle strength has improved l00% after two years of Polymyalgia. Balance and posture has also improved greatly. Thanks to you, Mike I feel years younger and much fitter.
I have a disability but I can still get stronger with the right trainer. I really like your training. Great for me!

I felt great after this workout! It really improved the circulation in my legs - easing the tightness and heaviness. Fast walking twice a day, doesn't do it. And my mind felt clearer. I appreciate your considered, non-competitive approach to teaching. Thank you!
Just finished this hour, it was tuff on one ankle which is stage 4 osteoarthritis. But was happy to do the punches etc. You are my motivation every day now and greetings from Romania. Also I've shared your channell on my FB got good reviews

I started Mike's exercises in May 2021. I am 70 years old. In the past, I halfheartedly attempted to add exercises into my daily routine. I would quickly quit because I hated the exercises. It felt like a dreaded chore.
I started at the beginning level and quickly moved to intermittent. I exercise 5 to 7 times a week.
So far, this is my favorite exercise. It's a excellent workout.

Love your long videos Mike, my knees have been causing problems but they’re back under control having done your exercises! Particularly the squats which are so important for me for strength! I use ankle weights and hand weights throughout to challenge myself! Thank you!
