    If you’re new to the channel, my name is Taylor Davidson. I am the world's most sought-after expert on football talent development, integrative injury rehabilitation, and holistic athletic transformations. My team and I work with academy, professional and elite professional footballers who want to become their absolute best and dominate at the highest level.
    Given this is a YT channel, and anyone can claim anything, I’ll give you some stuff you can read about below.
    How I got here 📜
    Age 13-17:
    High level academy football in Southern California for West Coast FC, Strikers Academy, and Nomads. Played multiple showcase tournaments in Holland, Sweden, Denmark, and Turkey. Fully embraced the grinder mentality and had several non-contact injuries in the foot, ankle, and hips.
    Age 18:
    Rejected several D1 and D2 offers to play in the Swedish Juniorallsvenskan at IFK Lulea. Dived headfirst into the gym world to “get strong”. Started wearing modern sneakers like Nike Airmax.
    Age 19:
    Had extended trials at Panathinaikos and AEK Athens in the Greek 1st Division. Played 6 months at Kallithea in the Greek 2nd Division. Fractured my 5th metatarsal in the warm-up of a match. Was supposed to be signed to a long-term contract the following day, but they rescinded the offer after the injury.
    Age 20:
    Came back to the US to heal my foot and revive my career. Refractured my foot months later. Joined a local community college team called Irvine Valley College.
    Age 21:
    Started Keto and Intermittent Fasting. Transferred to Cal State University Fullerton. Still hadn’t regained “the spring in my step”, but won D1 Conference Championship.
    Age 22:
    Tore my ACL and Meniscus. Went back to the drawing board.
    Age 23:
    Went deep into the world of strength training and injury rehabilitation. Made my return to playing but felt half the player I was before. Hardest season of my life sat on the bench with only 1 appearance.
    Age 24:
    Embraced small-sided football play and alternative training methods. Regained starting position with off-season friendlies against MLS teams. COVID happened. Founded Football Entangled.
    Age 25:
    Lost my last season due to COVID. Graduated with honors in Business Administrations with concentrations in Accounting and Business Analytics. Moved onto play with LA Force in NISA. Retore Meniscus. Played through it for months.
    Age 26-28:
    Healed Meniscus without surgery. Traveled the world coaching footballers in the Premier League and Champions League via Football Entangled. Got proven results with thousands of footballers around the world showing them how to increase their talent.
    Today: Football Entangled has several hundred clients using our training system to fix injury, increase performance, and master their mind. I work closely with 10-20 high level professional footballers at a time. Our mission is to create the world’s best talent development system and implement it in our own football club. See you there.

    So I should play football everyday as much as possible and in the time when I dont play I should do things to recover like sunlight, grounding etc. ?

    For example, our foot was stepped on and our ankle is swollen. Should we put ice or make it hot?

    What do you think about stepping on grass with bare feet in cold weather? Does it make you sick or is it good?

      Nah bro it didn’t for me in winter but I wasn’t spending too long on the grass like 10-15mins max

    Is it ok to go for a swim in the ocean in winter ? Or you shouldn’t stress your body ( like cold showers ) ?
