I would recomend taking Prednisone for 7 days and sees if it clears it up. Im doing the same right now and the phlem is drastically reduced.

Thanks Doc! For over 70 years Doctors have been telling me that I will grow out of this mucus & loud cough, more embarrassing than debilitating, within a week your mixture worked. My 5 1/2 year old grandson was watching this over my shoulder one evening and promptly announced "We'll make this in the morning". In the morning he reminded me and remembered the ingredients but not the quantities. I looked them up, made him a cup full and he drank it down. Both he and I thank you. Dissolve some salt in warm water - drink it. Wonder why you didn't try it sooner. Wonder why they demonise salt... it's because making salt "Bad" sells a whole world of spendier drugs... Salt does wonders for your body - you deplete sodium every time you break a sweat - replace it if breaking a sweat is your daily "thing".

@@MrsKhan27 yes, it sure tastes good. I dare say to make a tea with cinnamon. Put a piece of cinnamon in the water, turn off the heat as soon as the water boils and cover. When the tea is at the ideal temperature for him to drink, add the other ingredients. Do it in small amounts, but concentrated, so that he has the benefits quickly. Omg, this really works!!! I was brewing a chest infection and my lungs were FULL of phlegm and my breathing was strained as I’m asthmatic too. I drank this and noticed the next day, my lungs were clear and my breathing easy. The stage I was at only the day before was an antibiotic and steroid job but this was amazing. @@mr.k-lon5224 I usually have coffee in the morning and then for lunch, I have this drink and a salad. I also eat a slice of pineapple with a dash of cayenne pepper on it with my salad. This drink stops the post nasal drip and the pineapple clears the chest congestion. It makes you cough up anything that has built up in your lungs overnight. I have this drink and another slice of pineapple with dinner. I sing at night so it’s a good idea to wait a couple of hours after a meal before you try to sing. But the combination of this drink and pineapples have changed my life. I’ve struggled to sing for years because of all the coughing but I’m finally getting some relief and even better, my vocal cords are healing. I hope this helps!
@@kerilgen You're probably also struggling with singing because you're consuming caffeine which causes diuresis, drains your body of water, which in turn causes dehydration which can be detrimental to phonation of the vocal chords. Dry vocal chords don't work well. The crash hours after consuming caffeine also causes fatigue, that's why people drink multiple cups throughout the day because they're kiting their system for energy. Tired vocal chords also do not perform well. I know this because I've been singing professionally for 30 years. You want sing your best? Professional vocalists do not drink alcohol, caffeine, smoke or chew. If you drink tea drink decaffeinated and avoid teas that contain tannins (for example, dark teas) as that dries our your mucus membranes and produces astringency, which is a very dry feeling in your mouth.

I'm sick and my lungs felt so frozen with phlegm, It hurt to even try and cough it up. I decided to try this and wasn't expecting much, but I'm super surprised! In a couple of minutes I felt my lungs warm up and my sinuses started draining and then I easily coughed up and good amount of phlegm! Feel so relieved! Absolutely amazing! I am rarely impressed with a home remedy, but this mixture is like a miracle! My husband has always had a problem with horrific congestion when he gets sick. I love listening to your videos. I was having an issue with lightheartedness I couldn’t stand up for any length of time without getting lighthearted. I went to my cardiologist and after several test found nothing wrong with my heart. I take all of these natural remedies I was raised in old Florida . Had a farm ,we raised 🐝 for natural orange 🍊 blossom 🌸 honey and we had a huge orange 🍊 Grove with 🍋 lime trees 🌳 nd lime trees and mango 🥭 and Avacodo trees 👵 called them gator 🍐 pears .Like I said I have been taking all the ingredients in the remedie recipe just never mixed all the ingredients together .I'm going to try this. ive been needing a formula for excessive mucus. I went to an ENT Dr. months ago..he said I had a sinus infection..forehead and nasal causing this mucus..gave me 2 suggestions..sinus meds..or nasal surgery to cut something?..but Im trying this..natural fix. Oh okay, my congestion is really bad, I have been doing it 2x a day it has helped, but I'm still dealing with the congestion
@@joegomez9577 mine was terrible I did that elixir about 4-5 times a day and I got where I didn't measure I just dumped 😆 but if it wasn't for this I was getting really sick. I pray it helps it did mine. I drink it once a day now but I was amazed how it started bringing it out and drying it up.
Oh wow, I will up it to 3 or 4x a day then, cause you do feel it and the drainage begins, I just still have the chest congestion
