I have a 3 bdrm/2 bath house with a two-car garage, four-seasons room, 1000’ sq bi-levei deck, hot tub, and in-ground pool on almost 2 acres in the middle of my city. My granddad bought the property in 1948 and built the house. He never subdivided the land to sell like all the neighbors did. I’ve lived here almost 30 years. Very nice to have, and I’m so grateful. But it’s really too big for me, and the taxes are insane! Plus, I have to pay a yard service because I’m disabled now and I can no longer mow it all by myself like I used to. I’d absolutely LOVE to live in a place like his!! Love, love, love it!!!❤
What a great space! I'm not even mad about the price. It's unique, it's cozy, it's got outdoor spaces; very nice. I always complain about the kitchen, and this one would be small for me, but he's making it work. I'd pay the rent increase as well and just eat more ramen.
