Bonus: brain workout lol. Every point on the face was tender and has been for as long as I can remember. I know I've had trigeminal neuralgia on left side for a long time and I suspect it's causing issues all the way through my arm. This was invaluable information and advice. I'm so grateful for you.
Oh wow.Just WOW! I have suffered for the last 19 years with horrific TJN in the right jaw (mouth & tongue). Doing this protocol felt amazing. I have been relentlessly searching all these years for a Dr. to provide just this information and not just medication. Your presentation is informative, educational and easy to grasp. I'm over the moon! Many, many thanks!
You are so down to earth, it's back to basics with you. I appreciate you, greetings from Barcelona. If ever you come tell me and I will invite you to a taps a a wonderful wine.
Thank you very much from Mannheim. I have facepain now for two years . They told me, its the trigeminal nerve. Gave me medicament for Epilepsie. But No one, wether the toothdoctor, nor the Neurologe nor the physiotherapist showed me anything like this, and it is so helpful! Thank you.
Incredible timing that my friend passed this along to me. I've been having great pain and difficulty for over a week . These exercises relieved a lot of the pain and tightness immediately. Thank you.
My numbness/dull ache on the temples and cheekbone area subsided quite a bit after doing these. Wow. I am going to continue these. I am hoping an praying this will resolve my issue I've had for months. Thank you Doc.
I got through the video and movements will have to come back tomorrow and do it again to build a bit of familiarity. Did help a lot with tension. I really enjoyed the massaging of the openings in the face Thank you Doctor Perry 💗
You are Godsent, Dr. Perry. I have been doing these movements intrinsically recently, and this video gave an excellent explanation for the physiology and method. Thank you! Would you kindly continue the “flossing” videos of this nerve as it travels down the body? This video’s exercises started activating whole meridians down! 🙏
So helpful. I am very visual thank you for doing all your exercises on both sides and showing exactly what’s going on with the nerve. I’ve had trigeminal neuralgia for few years . I was told likely because of headache or cyst on cervical spine. I will do these and see how I feel.
After a case of shingles - I’m so hoping this is will be helpful - trigeninal nerve damage - you know what helped so much? Was seeing you get so much relief in your own face. There couldn’t be a better referral than the doctor that showing us how to find relief getting it himself so much that he can’t stop appreciating the help, it brings him.❤❤ I’m convinced you are the real deal!!! Thank you
Only God know how much I needed this video. Thank you so, so, so much doctor. I’ll try all those exercises hopping them will help me and have some relieve from the pain in my left side of this nerve I’m having since last April 😢 Wishing you the best from Puerto Rico 🏖
Fabulous! Thank you so very much! Have been suffering for over a year and tried and spent way too much money trying to find relief, you've given something I can do to help myself! Blessings!
You are truly a treasure. What gifts you are consistently giving by teaching so much to as many as you can reach! I have taken only 1 of your courses (so far 😁) - absolutely priceless information and you make it so easy to understand it all. Appreciate you, Doc/Teach
You are God send at such perfect time! Having just gone through 1 week ago with my painful molar extraction that tuned into unbearable pain due to dry socket! Post extraction and am still quite sensitive, still painful (comes in waves) but not as intense as last 6 days. Thank you for this wonderful well informed and easy to follow through video🙂👍. Much appreciated! The above exercise made an immediate difference around my face, jaw and area of extraction. That continues to bear pain sporadically. Again, thank you for this video! God bless🙏🙂
Very helpful- you are sent from God! I now think I may have had a mild stroke during a panic attack many years ago. For the first time feeling some boundaries of face , back of neck. Thank You!!
I started to feel nerves movement within the last two days. Keep in mind that I've been having pain behind my neck, jaw, and shoulders. I can't even sleep with a pillow. I tried the exercises, and boy, lt felt so good. I was planning on visiting the dentist this week to make sense of what was going on.
I appreciate very much how you show the pictures, explain, the biology, and using the tools which helps us SEE how things are actually moving. This helps me remember what to do! You are an amazing teacher👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. I would so appreciate if you could create protocol to help with ‘swimmy head feeling’😣. Especially with my glasses on, my head feels swimmy. ( I’ve see my ophthalmologist and have had prescription checked ). When in the car , boat etc I really get swimmy head!!! I think it’s something to do with incongruence between my vision and my brain but what can I do to decrease this? I would be ever so GRATEFUL 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you for all that you do to help so many ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you very much for the feedback. Those are vestibular system issues it sounds like. See our vestibular video and watch some videos on youtube about the vestibular system and consider seeing a vestibular rehab specialist.
This is a great exercise for me! I’d like to see from the back of your head where you are placing your fingers over the place the nerve comes off the ponds. Thank you.
I have constant pain on both sides. I have bilateral trigeminal neuralgia neuropathy. I have had constant migraines since got it in 2015 and have had every kind of procedure and medications and nothing works. I got it from dental work in military and I was PA and had to retire and bed ridden for years have been out of bed and doing better last few years but always in pain. Ive seen so many specialists and because didn't react to normal treatments for it they gave up and said just gonna libe in pain.
Thank you. I had a broken shoulder and now years later I have so much tension and pain. I can hear the bones grind. When I did these it did help but the tension on the previously injured side prevents a lot of movement. Do you have an exercise to reales the shoulder and neck ? Thank you again. Glad I found your channel
Thank you I did find it and a few others. I’m going to continue them The tongue one!!! I never knew your tongue could even pop!!!! I really appreciate the help. God bless😊

Just wow! I felt muscles in my jaw relax that I didn’t know could be relaxed. I’ve had TMJ for years, and just completed the Candid trays that moved my teeth for 6 months. This exercise was just what k needed. What can you do to support a tongue tie? Pre and post surgery release?
I had dental implants done by an incompetent dentist and have since seen a periodontist who said they all have to be removed as they were placed incorrectly and have caused 50% bone loss, not to mention a punctured sinus. Ever since those implants, I've had pain behind and on top of my eye. Sometimes the pain is intense and leads to a global headache that's unbearable. I also will get fleeting earaches that are not from infection as my doctor and periodontist said I do not have an infection. There is also a nerve on the side of my temple that hurts everyday, but not all day. Is it possible that the implants could cause these issues? Periodontist says my bite is waaay off because of these implants. None of my teeth meet.
Thank you so much for your videos. Is it normal to feel very fatigued and like you've done a workout the day after doing this for the first time? Why does this occur (just curious)? I also do the big 6 daily.
Shingles will get this nerve big time. Don't do it right now. Drain your lymph first. Gotta get the trapped inflammation out first. See our Neck lymph assessment video
I have searched your site for a video like this for the 5th cranial nerve. I’ve had Bells Palsy for a year now with very slow improvement. Synkinesis with eye cheek and lip involvement. Do you have one?
Hello thank you for the video, i have one confusion. If i have the right side should I do the exercises on the left side only ? Or after doing on the left side ...should i do on the right side as well?
Great question. Always start on the non-painful side first and see what kind of changes it makes on the painful side waiting 24 hours. Then you can do the non-painful side again and attempt to do the painful side. Sometimes the nerve is so sensitive you cannot do the painful side yet.
I imagine this will help with the shock caused to people wearing Invisalign apparatus for years...do you have specific help for those of us balancing our bite with Invisalign?
I have terrible pain that stems around my ear, down my jaw line. No ear issues, assuming it's nerve pain. These stretches didn't help much, any other idea's?
Ty. I have lots of problems on my right side under the base of my skull down the trap and into the back. I never breathe clearly on that side and my ear is slightly clogged. I know it's backed up thick mucous but it's a problem for tears
I had serious reaction to statin drug, red rice yeast . Blood pressure up in 200's,unable to turn neck without getting electrical shock thru out my body esp. left side. Could these muscles be involved & benefit from these exercuses?
When I completed the finger massage on points 1,2, and three and then rested while watching the next set, the right side of my face became warm. What does that mean?

My left trigeminal nerve has been damaged for several years now. Thanks for this. Hopefully I'll improve with practice.
Hope so too. Go easy and start on the non injured side first.

Does it have anything to do with tinnitus in some patients?
Perhaps trigeminal nerve innervates the covering of the brain dura mater and it will influence everything in the head
Woauwww Doc, this is an A+ presentation
I wonder if there is a BIg 6 for face? 🙂

What do you think causes tn? Seems to be on the rise
Good question. Stress and inflammation is my thinking. The trigeminal nerve plays a massive role in the stress response.
I had serious reaction to statin drug, red rice yeast . Blood pressure up in 200's,unable to turn neck without getting electrical shock thru out my body esp. left side. Could these muscles be involved & benefit from these exercuses?
Perhaps. This nerve helps relax the body

Likely more blood flow
