    Doing " the big six" for 15 days now; -watching this vid- my left clavicle- on Both top/ bottom- is still Hard As A Rock. I can't even perceive how deep your fingers got into those regions !
    This is an AMAZING video that makes sooo much sense, for it addresses EVER( health) issue that I've been dealing with for 30 years. Blows me away! THANK YOU for this !!

    My notes 😊
    Collar bone, below ear and below the chin. Go easy and open up the channels. Start at the collar bone the MAIN drain. Drains get compromised due to strain. Look for puffiness above the collar bone, you should see an indentation. Puffiness means a drain issue, causing a block.. sternum, spine, ribs or lungs there’s usually a block right behind the sternum.

    • @YouButter
      @YouButter 5 місяців тому +6

      Underneath the collar bone there’s a muscle and when it gets tight it pulls and blocks the drain. Put your fingers underneath the collar bone pressing back and up scraping underneath the collar bone. Do the exact thing in the opposite side and compare the two. OR-Place your hand under the shoulder creating a deep indentation in the collar bone and do the same pressure. Go above the collar bone in that pocket/ go easy it’s delicate. Don’t press and hold that area, you’ll block the veins. Tap that area. Press down toward the feet and rub.

    The Vagus nerve can also be affected by trauma to the neck and spine, yes?
    I had a head trauma and fell on my head, tearing a ligament that did not heal properly; and thereafter, I had various symptoms from then, in 1980. And until now.
    Any weak parts are more prone to additional injuries if left in the weakened state.

      Do your research and pay attention to your body. Apply good sense and logic. But certainly don’t be tempted not to do anything, due to fear of doing something wrong, we can all heal our own body’s if we open up our awareness to our inner knowing. There is misinformation out there designed to keep us stuck in the trap of the medical groups, I think we all know that by now though 😊

    Please , you may be able to help me. On 4:30 you talk about puffiness there and stagnation above the colarbone, I have visible pufiness there for years. Ive been dealing with serious right side pain, stiffness and discomfort for years and i feel like the stiffness comes from there and the right side of my ribs mainly . It goes all the way down to the right side of my lower abdomen, I have been meditating and that works, but only if I meditate 3h daily and above which is not sustainable. While i meditate muscles relax and that area, the right side of my spine, the neck the shoulder,the sternum, pops and cracks all the time when muscles get released, i think its getting better, but it feels like theres not end to it, its been 6 years now.Gone to doctors, done pictures, MRI, they found nothing. Can you give me advice and an opinion? I also have brain fog, often, even though i take very good care of my body, workout 3 times a week, eat mainly vegatables good fats and meat, get good sleep, no smoking, no alcohol. But i do overwork myself often, and get stiff because of overthinking and control issues.

      Cannot give individual advice without an assessment and history but it appears like a lymphatic stagnation issue. Especially the deep lymph. Suggest you see a lymph massage person or attend our 2-day lymph course coming back soon in 2025.

    @stopchasingpain • Cleansing and purification: About four to seven times every twenty four hours, approximately 4 to 6 fluid ounces (110 to 170 ml) of fluid in the craniosacral system is renewed. The fluctuation of the cerebro- spinal fluid - about 17 to 24 fluid ounces (500 to 700 ml) is produced on a daily basis - disposes of old brain and medulla cells via the venous blood and the lymphatic system • Potential for transmitting and acting for the central nervous system: The central nervous system is supported by metallic ions such as sodium, potassium, and calcium in the cerebrospinal fluid. The cerebrospinal fluid is reabsorbed into the sagittal sinus (sinus durae matris) in the area of the skullcap. With increased pressure, the fluid is diverted via the arachnoid granulation (granulationes arachnoidales) into the venous system. Via nerve exit points along the spinal dura mater, the fluid can spread into the body, where is it collected by the lymph system and removed.

      Indeed as we say No system in the body ever works alone. Never gets injured alone. Never heals alone. There is no such thing as an isolated injury. There is no such thing as isolated healing.

    Hi Dr Perry, new to commenting here. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. The neck lymph node under my left ear feels to be completely calcified (no real neck or head swelling), feels like about 1/2" rock hard boulder. It's alarming, and would like to know how to go about decalcifing it, let alone open it to allow for drainage. Thinking castor oil pack, liquid magnesium, DSMO, ultrasound, manual manipulation, red light therapy, i will try almost anything?. I'm dealing with IBD (crohns, colitis), trying numerous things that aren't too expensive to get out of chronic illness and pain. Thanks

    • @stopchasingpain
      @stopchasingpain  3 місяці тому +1

      Calcified will likely stay calcified despite all of those therapies but you can give them a try. With anything in the abdomen those are deep visceral blocks of lymph. Different techniques needed. We teach those in our 2-day lymph courses.

    Hey! First, I really appreciate the videos and information that you put out. I discovered your work through the HealthPath YT channel and I think it's important stuff, so thank you!
    I have a question and I'm not sure if you are able to respond to questions, so I've hesitated to ask. I've had extensive varicose vein procedures, including phlebotomies and injections. I've been doing the big six for several months now and I'm wondering if all the work I've had done on my legs will be a hindrance to that or cause adverse effects.
    I also struggled with nightly dream traumas until about 10 years ago when they just stopped. I've started having traumatic dreams again and I'm wondering if getting my lymphatic system flowing has anything to do with that or even if there's a way to know if it is. I began slowly learning about emotional trauma being stored in the body over 25 years ago and now, through your videos, I know that the body also stores physical trauma. I broken 17 bones over the years and I shattered my right ankle 3 years ago. I have 2 plates and 18 screws in my right ankle and a rod and 3 screws (or 'pens'...not sure of the terminology) in my right hip. The first screw in my right ankle goes from the bottom of my inside ankle bone to the bottom of the ankle bone on the outside.
    Also, my varicose veins were the big bulging kind which first appeared when I was 16 or 17 years old. When I say extensive vein procedures I'm not exaggerating!
    Again, thanks so much for putting the work that you do out there for people to find their healing!

    • @stopchasingpain
      @stopchasingpain  4 місяці тому +1

      Best to see a lymph massage specialist for this one. Techniques need to be super gentle for you around those veins. Veins that are compromised like that cannot be restored. Once the valves go that's it.

Also, pain all over my body which moves around constantly. I do work on TMS techniques, but think I am missing something. I started the big 6 last week and feel a little better. @@R-sn1ty It's my contention that the nano particles, being of the same length, will of course have the same wavelength. Our body tries to flush them but due to their + electrical charge they're stuck to us so toxic.
      The lymph glands get clogged with these nano antenna that when exposed to a high frequency E/M wave at resonance will become electrified and therefore magnetically polarized all together. Now the white hair may just be the metal oxide particles saturating every cell especially skin and hair pigment and folicles. By being forced to breathe them in they bypass the BBB attached to an oxygen molecule. Morgellons filament hairs I think are the ultrafine strands of the nano after aligning into long chains by virtue of the magnetic charge they all will exhibit when electrically charged via the 20 to 60 ghz band frequencies.
