I love playing EVERY class in DRG, and you've perfectly captured the essence of Scout. You're the team's guardian angel, lighting the way, dancing around danger, and swooping in for the rescue. (Taking out those nasty septic spreaders helps too!)
Love the representation. It was the first class that caught my attention because of the possibility to constantly be switching tasks to keep myself engaged.
@@TerriblyIronic9 exactly, as a scout I see myself as the backbone of any team. I am the light, I am the secondary objective, I am the one keeping the ceiling clear of spitters and the OMEN clear of drones.
Exactly why Scout is my main, I kinda like to think about Scout as an unstoppable force that just dashes out in the caves, killing all of those high value targets while completing objectives in record time
Greybeard lvl 1200 here. Great Video, also excellent choice of music. Hearing Funk Express from Bomb Rush Cyberfunk at 5:10 made me smile, thank you 😁👍
8:00 Damn I am so happy that this list only contains 6 things that kill my flow now. Cave leech, Trawler, Gravity (still), C4, Stalker (but with double barrel not that big of a problem) and the good ol Grabber.
Playing as a medic as scout is the move I tend to run with in Haz5+, just dash, SpecPowder, and grapple around with field medic, pulling some clutch saves while still remaining mildly lethal.
30 minutes and 7 views. This has way too low popularity. Yet after "there is no game like drg" content itself is bit too self-explanatory. Like yeah, i know that scout is fast after i played near 80 hours, and helped team win couple edds as one. What i think would help is a bit of weapon analisys and couple words about best/most fun overclocks on top of just deconstructing class gameplay.
While I do plan to do my own builds and overclock videos in the future, there are plenty of folks who have already made guides covering that. In this analysis similar to what I did with my Gunner video, I wanted to look at a core mechanic that this class excels and really understand it and break it down.
@@MrBaron15 I'm not telling to make it in-depth analisys of weapons, overclocks or builds as itself. Instead more how those particular weapons compliment given class gameplay, what choises give and take from class dynamics.

I started feeling like that at lvl 80. Scout was my least wanted class but now it's become my main. Fun video, informative too, thank you.
@2:22 "getting from A to D skipping B and C!"
I see what you did there ;)

interesthonk, i might try to be more... aggresive, surely nothing bad will happen right?
Be aggressive, BUT not overconfident :)
No wonder I suck as scout

@@MrBaron15 putting a grappling hook in any game instantly makes it a better game
