I first saw Japanese council workers doing this in a park across from my hotel in Kabukicho and it stuck with me. Definitely different from Australian council workers who start the day with a black coffee and a cigarette.
Thanks for sharing this, have started doing this.

I am a kindergarten teacher and have been doing it with my students every morning before we start lessons for the past few months. I have noticed the students have better focus and energy during class when we do it. On the days we skipped it or forgot, the students feel more frazzled and sleepy. This is a staple I couldn't go without now. Thank you!

I am a Pre-K teacher and have been planning ways I would DAP a routine with the class. Giving you big kudos Mahoney, for the tips & things to look for.
✅ A.M daily for focused energy & composure.
I love it & my co-teachers would give their thanks too, so I'll pay in advance! Haha

I’ve been having issues with maintaining a sleep schedule lately due to medications. My doctor pointed me toward taiso/radio calisthenics. Whenever I feel groggy during the daytime I get up and do these exercises. Keeping myself awake and alert through the day helps me sleep through the night. Thank you for providing these. They are a fun and relaxing way to keep myself healthy

As an artist who spends all day sitting at a PC I realize doing exercise is very important for the maintenance of health. However I have hypermobility and deal with chronic pain so finding an exercise I can do was a bit depressing to me, but I can do this with no problems and find it very helpful, so thank you for posting! ^_^
