I have this watch, and if wanted to add lume to it, I would only have added lume to the numbers 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12, and (maybe) the dots above the numbers and baton indexes, which would have kept the neon Illuminator working. The lume you added is far brighter than what came with the watch, but I don’t think it will last through the night. Spinnaker watches are prime examples of having lume that initially looks very bright, but then fades very quickly. By putting lume on the hands and the full length of the baton shaped indexes at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11, you have stopped the neon Illuminator from working. The neon Illuminator is great for seeing the time in the dark and throughout the night. I know the original lume faded fast, but it really wasn’t needed, as the neon Illuminator is bright, doesn’t fade, and is bright enough to easily see the time when it’s dark. Having put what I would have done, I did enjoy watching your video showing how you added the lume, and you did a great job adding the better lume. Please don’t think I am trying to knock your video or you, because that wasn’t my intention. I was just putting what I would have done, if I had wanted to add better lume, and it would have kept the neon Illuminator working.
