Today I went to one of the biggest and most impoverished slums in Uganda. From a previous visit I had noticed many young girls with babies. I wanted to talk to these teen mothers of the slum. I wanted to hear about their lives. I wanted to know the struggles of a teen mother who has to raise her child in an African slum. Despite the appallingly miserable living conditions of the slum these young teen mothers live in, they seemed to have a shining light of perseverance in their souls.

I had our oldest child when only 17, but here in the US, we have endless opportunity. It just took working hard, juggling school, work and baby, and I earned a law degree. I can't imagine living in those conditions with such limited opportunities. Just everything being so worn down, cluttered and dirty around you would be so depressing and unmotivating. So many here don't realize how fortunate we are. Their homes are smaller than the average US closet.

The second girl. Of course she loves breastfeeding her baby. Every mother does. It makes the bond between the mother and the child stronger. The baby gets natural baby food and gets used to cuddling while the mother gets used to hold him near her heart.

I'm really confused by how Ryan runs this channel nowadays. Uploads extremely rarely and doesn't interact with any comments at all, doesn't use any other social media to communicate with his followers either, even deleted his PayPal apparently. Pretty weird all of that, I really wonder why he does that.
