I had a pair of those shoes in high school. The lack of heel never let your calf muscles rest, which gradually made them stronger. They were only meant to be worn, while training, not just walking around like Kosmo was. 😂
It's insane how many stars of future shows had a bit part in Seinfeld. THREE main characters from Breaking Bad were in Seinfeld (Bob Odenkirk, Bryan Cranston, and Anna Gunn).
Jane Leeves, Mariska Hargitay, Patrick Warburton, Terri Hatcher, Lisa Edelstein, Debra Messing, Kristin Davis, Just off the top of my head, there's got to be plenty more.

It improved my vertical by two inches. When I reported this to my coach, he said something like "Wow, it doubled your vertical!" I threw the damn things away.
Funny thing is, George is the one who's the most relatable too in terms of how he thinks and his situations too. If you didn't know, I'm sure you've been told or mentioned it I can't remember, but George is literally based off Larry David and a lot of inspiration from situations he actually went through.

Kacee has good taste, Jason Alexander absolutely deserved to win at least one emmy for his work on the show. Another great George episode to watch is The Comeback.
I grew up a fan of old jazz. As a teenager in the 90's, Mel Torme was my favorite jazz singer, and i had to beg to get tickets to see him, which i did. Live at Ravinia, outside Chicago. This episode of Seinfeld came on a couple years later, and just knowing he was in it made by day.

The Gum is a must watch episode
Another episode that has all 4 of them fully involved is “the pothole”, my favorite. Even Newman has a big role near the end.
Please don't forget about blue lock!!! season 2 is airing right now we are 2 episodes in, they come out on saturdays
You skipped my favorite part.
Elaine: He thinks you’re mentally challenged!
Jerry: Well…

Sometimes I'll mutter "you're killing independent George". Except my name's not George but I don't care.

Mel Torme crooning to Kramer has got to be among the funniest 2 minutes ever put on Television. This is an all time Seinfeld episode.
