We should always be at the forefront trying to create some new patterns we would use in the future for an upholstery project.
We have made a small sample in vinyl material sewn down to a thin flexible cardboard sheet which is then attached/glued down to a harder and thicker cardboard. As we can see, we have found one way to tackle and approach this project. Needless to say it is still training on a rough sample trying to find better ways to improve the process.
We could apply this design on a car door panel or to decorate a bed headboard in our bedroom.

Qué suerte tienen en México, pudiendo comprar esos vinilos, pieles, pegamentos e hilos de tanta calidad 😁😁 Aquí en España seguro que también se podrían conseguir, pero casi siempre sólo es posible su compra en plan industrial, y es complicado para una persona particular.

A small doudt from a student when we stitch on the perforation material you were stiching through the see through holes but our walking foot machine teeth would damage when I try to do is my doudt but you are a magician for you it's a child play. You are the true Master craftsmanship I ever would I see in my life time .

I am curious what glue you use. It seems to still adhere long after its too late for most contact cements. Would you mind letting me know if you see this. On a side note i absolutely love your videos and hope to employ these techniques in the future.

The heat gun (hair dryer) is only used to soften and stretch the vinyl material to allow me get into the square hole and the other crevices

The measurements can change according to the size of the project and personal taste.
This sample is: small squares inside are 4 x 4 cm The outer squares are 8 x 8 cm. The whole sample piece is 35 cm x 40 cm.
Is the sewing foot custom made? Ive been looking for a foot like this for my machine to no avail (consew 1255)
It is a custom made foot (prototype). An adaptation i made out of a regular presser feet.
I was also trying to find one on internet with no success.
In this other video I show a similar narrow presser feet (a finished piece). I made it by hand. A lathe/milling operator can do it much better.

@Cechaflo I will check your video. I have a custom pair of shoes I'm making and find that the foot I'm using isn't giving me the detail I'm looking for but seeing what you have gives me idea. Thanks
