You can file a case against the lawyer in state bar council for professional misconduct. They can get show cause notice, licences being removed etc. Police can't hit/use force on the person who's jailed. Medico legal certificate is necessary and the accused needs to be produced in courts within 24 hours of arrest. In this also doctors may give certificate as no fresh injuries. If false accusations has to be reduced: 1. Make police accountable 2. Accused person should have a right to show his proof that he's innocent. The police should have a Strong solemn duty to look at the evidence and judge unbiased way. Take a stance that we will care about the citizens. No world is perfect but we can try to have a better system.

Because yeh cheez sirf ham aam janta ke saath ho rhi hei therefore government, supreme court or minsters itna dhyan nhi de rahe hain pr jbq unke khudke saath hongi then they will take action and make laws against these false cases which are hugely spreading in India. I hope government will make Gender Equality Laws as soon as possible for us.🙏
A question arose in my mind if we know the intention of police that after misconduct of his duty which means he have intentition to file against after we complaint to his seniors than any remedy should we have against to it or we apply to court that in future he file wrong case either take revenge..

Don’t get married, make friends with local politicians or join a party.
No brilliance is required in law,just common sense and relatively clean finger nails.
