Does your unit have a weird sort of oily/greasy/grainy look to it? Not sure if it's just ASUS using an aggressive matte coating or if there's something wrong with mine, but it's especially noticeable over white and light colored screen elements. It looks like there's a thin film of Vaseline over the whole screen or something. Trying to decide if I can get used to it or if I should return it.
@@Kian_Farasat Yeah the ACS was too grainy/burry/oily for me personally so I returned it. Ended up with an HP 27QS. It's not perfect, but I like it more than the ASUS and it will hole me over until I get an OLED probably next year
If you're looking for a budget-friendly gaming monitor, this one is a great choice. It offers 97% DCI-P3 color coverage, providing vibrant and saturated colors.
I plan to buy this monitor for ps5, but one question worries me, at 120hz, the monitor can produce 10-bit color, ps5 produces a maximum of 120hz, that is, when connecting this monitor to ps5, it should be 10 bit and 120hz?

hi man i want to get it but some reviews are mentioning harsh grainy matte coating on the display. is the matte coating on this display good? is it a little grainy/fuzzy on white or light colors? a weird kind of "sheen" or "grain" on the whole screen that is mainly only visible on white or mostly white screens, like on UA-cam, or after opening a new tab. It's sort of hard to explain. It looks like there's a thin film of Vaseline on the screen, causing it to look smudgy. does it look like that for you?
Hi. Let me throw this at you, if you please.Does this panel use the typical "RGB subpixel layout", rather than the triangular or that other style layout? Using a RGB subpixel layout is said to be much better at displaying text and it is optimized for Windows! I'm surprised that, so far, all monitors i see for sale - do not mention this at all. Hoping you'd know for sure. I did hear you comment on it's 'sharp and easy to read text' even with only 109 PPI, so maybe that's due to it's indeed having that subpixel layout. Hoping you will know for sure bout that. Great review man. Thank you

It would have been overkill for something unobtainable at 2560x1440. HDMI 2.1 2560x 1440 - 360Hz. HDMI 2.0 1440p 144Hz - 144Hz It would not be worth paying extra to get 36 more Hz capability once hitting the bottleneck of 180Hz.

Similar but older, it is a great choice but technically the bigger variant of the ACS is the XG32WCS or XG32WCMS which feature new Fast VA panels so better contrast than IPS they also have slight/subtle curves.
