Ok, Coach Cupcake, I am here to give you some praise I am currently binge watching all of your videos one by one and GOD DAMN! I am a gold support playing since season 2 and lord oh lord are there stuff I never knew! I love all of your explanations and concepts. It is blowing my mind how much I have been clueless all this time. What a great video. This definitely is something especially low elo players missing. Last Caitlyn/Senna clip seemed to be something just right from silver/gold elo 😁. Perfect example of miss communication.

In the first example is the reason it's good to roam as Nami is because the enemy bot can't really claim plates this early? Since we can see that they're around lvl 4
My typical concern for roaming in this sort of situation is that you bleed plates.

I missed an opportunity for a kill today and I was kicking myself afterwards. Could have ulted a Jinx on Ashe and didn't go for it. I died a minute later as she got a good engage with her Alistar. Really annoying.

Hi Coach,
Low diamond support here. I'm struggling with knowing when to prioritize getting XP as a support above other things. I could easily see myself doing what Nami did in the first clip, playing too passive bot and surrendering opportunities to roam to avoid falling more than 2-3 levels behind my ADC early game and try to get my R rather soon, especially as an enchanter.
*Is there a general guideline on when it's reasonable to suck up XP as a support? *

You can get mid exp and if you create plays and end with assists you get exp as well, i think its all about if roaming gets you that exp or you covering other lanes by roaming is worth more than the exp, which depends on the Game right
