Install and Adjust the Motor Bushings

Complete disassembly of the potted motor is one thing, getting it back together is something else! One of the most important tasks is getting the bushings installed and adjusted correctly. I'll walk you through the process.

Somehow I missed this segment. Removing bushings is one of my very weak points. 😮

As long as you remember to remove the set screws and use the right size punches, it's pretty easy. Getting the motor bushings out makes is so much easier to get the schmoo out of the motor housing, at least for me.
