For me I realized I saw him a challenge and that using tactics to “get him back” was a way for me to cope with my estranged father. I spent my life performing for my dad’s attention. Once I realized this it’s making me more resolute to move on. I didn’t know that I was using the guy as a means of attaining the love I craved from my father.

So happy that you are doing UA-cam Videos!!! Great to re-see them when needed. And these 2 videos are what I still need! I’m not over the bridge yet but I’m getting there and I feel better and better each day 😊. No anxiety, but feel sad once in a while. Still in no contact since March 11th and I’m so proud of myself. He has tried to reach out but I avoid at all cost, I have the Universe on my side 😊. Don’t even see the need to talk it out which is what he is looking for. So happy I found you or you found me!! Stay friendly but don't be friends. The relationship fell apart for a reason, it will never go back to how it used to be so move on. Reflect on where you messed up and fix yourself. Not for them, you. Fix yourself for you.
