Thankyou so much for uploading this video... its like you hear what I am going thru (from literally thousands of miles away) and then post a cure for it! I remember in our sessions how we talked about practicing to pause/distancing ourselves from our (negative) thoughts can help us not fall into that downward spiral. I think its pretty much the same practice... Once I save myself from the "fall", I can steer myself to where its better for me to go! 😃 Although, I must say, it takes practice. The more I practice, the more naturally the "pausing" comes. Learning with you and time... 😌 P.S.: Absolutely love that flower in your hair OMG! That's the prettiest thing I have seen all day.. ♥️🥹

Not only did you address them, you did an entire 35 min video out of it and I am so so so grateful for that! ♥ I absolutely loved how you rephrased my second question and shifted the narrative from"inner fighting" to "inner collaboration". The rephrase was an answer in itself. Lately, I have started to observe that the inner conflict/doubt usually comes from negative self talk/a limiting belief that I believe in as a part of my past conditioning/experience. Very recently I started to develop the practice of not embodying that negative self talk (rooted in the past) and feeling bad about myself (in the present). This practice includes questioning my mind, where the negative self talk is coming from/what happened in the past that made me believe in this limiting belief. Your rephrase helped so much because now I can give room to the new beliefs I want to believe in, while providing the old beliefs the closure they deserve (we don't fight, we harmonize!) :D Also, by "instincts" I did mean "intuition/gut feeling", your words fitted perfectly in this sense too! ^_^ Thankyou so so much again for making this video. I feel you are my Master Yoda haha! Also, I am glad my questions could help you with your content today, I will keep providing you suggestions (or ask questions) as soon as they cross my mind. 🥰😃

This msg resonated deeply with me…Currently rethinking my decision to enrol in university because it doesn’t sit right with me to continue studying a 4-year course that i got accepted into but was never interested in (career-wise), just because I felt left behind in society. Setting free from this mindset allowed me shift my focus into polishing technical skills i’ve already acquired so I can land a job while waiting for the next application window to another university. To those who need reassurance: it’s OK to take a gap year. Some decisions are gonna cost you (literally), but the journey will be worth it. After all, you are on your own journey. You got this! ❤💪🏼
